-Support - Minimal effort put into application - Needs to work on maturity in game before becoming a capable staff member

+Support - Targeted and harnessed members of the community - Openly seems to want to cause issues within Gaminglight - Straight up poked a member saying the N-Word as a way to harass the member - I agree this member should be blacklisted as he caused mass issues with the community
