What are you suggesting? - Nerfing the Riot Sheilds Movement speed to 50/60%. While I like the riot shield and am the one who got it added, there are no downsides to using it. This could be done by modifying the SWEP itself to change the movementspeed. How would this change better the server? - Makes it harder to abuse running away with the riotshield. That isn't what it's for. Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - Not really? Who would this change mostly benefit? - The Server.

Once its down to 500 it stays like that. Three people who are coordinated can easily kill it. 5 seconds would make it harder to run away but is reasonable. The current cooldown is around 1 or 2 seconds, and increasing the delay by 15x is way too much. 5 seconds first, and increase if needed.

Not in combat. 5 seconds is life and death.

I can just nerf the teleport cooldown to 5 seconds, 15 seconds is insane.

Try again in a year. Seriously. It may take that long to show that you've actually changed. Try before appealing, and give it time.

Its a one-shot-reload pistol, and I made it do 110 for a reason. It still does worse than any other weapon that uses sniper ammo anyways. D-Block will inevitably be changed again, so we'll see.

+Support Active and competent, I believe Snowwx is fit for staff.

I personally believe lighthearted RDM in D-Block doesn't warrant a warning. A lot of things that happen unless they are very bad are done with bad intent rarely warrant a formal warning or even a ban. If people were warned for killing eachother just to have some fun, there would be warns left and right.
