I don't like explaining this, BUT: Due to the 16 TPS, that messes with the firerates. The only difference of RPM you can notice is: Under 360, Over 361, over ~600?, and over 961. If you want to have everything shoot fast, they'll need to have the RPM of a Vector. (Please keep in mind that these numbers aren't 100% accurate but I've had plenty of time testing them on 16TPS.)

Here's how most assault rifles will perform while ADSing. The spread has been reduced significantly, and this will go into effect whenever my addon is updated.
