  1. I have defiantly seen a lot of progress with both you and your application quality. CONSIDERED
  2. Sorry about the late reply. Yes I do support removing his warn.
  3. I cannot remember exactly the situation regarding that warn. I think it is very possible I was attempting to warn someone with a similar name. I have never had any issues or reports regarding Phoenix and maintain a good relationship with him (I'd hope.) So I am inclined to believe it is a false warn and that I was warning someone else for that reason. Therefor I would like to apologize to you Phoenix and to the staff team for my mistake.
  4. +Support +Active +Kinda cute +Great person to interact. Loved seeing him even when he was a LT.
  5. I was told by Shaggy you did. I also asked Thrawn and he said yes but then said he wasn't sure.
  6. Definitely a capable leader and a pleasure to have in Shock. Would suggest putting more work into your application because it doesn't do you justice. CONSIDERED
  7. 1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) : Shock Commander Arson 0118 2. What Regiment are you applying for? Shock Senior Commander 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? I would like to be a Senior Commander in Shock for many reasons. The first would be due to the countless hours I have spent on the server and in Shock, I believe that I am able to take on the additional responsibility of being a Senior Commander. Additionally due to Shock dealing with people in all battalions I believe it would aid in having more clear and direct communications with other battalions should any issues arise. I was the Vice Commander to Senior Commander Texas and I believe that I learned a lot under him in how to lead, communicate, and help progress the server as a whole. As well as before Texas joined Shock I was essentially the non official commander running the day to day operations of the unit due to the inactivity of the rest of the Shock Command, as well as doing so before I event made the rank of Vice Commander. I believe I can greatly assist any new or old commanders / vice commanders with any issues that arise, and help them with issues within their battalion, or with any questions or general assistance they may require. Finally I would enjoy the additional interactions with other battalions and hope that I could help remove any negativity towards Shock or any other battalion. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? Over a week due to being on daily for many hours. 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The main purpose of a Senior Commander is to ensure that the battalions runs effectively, are active, and follow all rules set by command to a T. To defuse any tensions between battalions which should never arise in the first place. To work with the naval security officers in their own battalion to ensure synergy that might not be possible if the two do not work communicate and work hand in hand. Additionally they ensure that those who show exceptional skill or dedication are put in rolls that best suit them. As well as dealing with those who do not meet battalion standards or act in a manner unbecoming of the unit or their rank. They help to keep battalions organized and at peak performance. They act as intermediaries between commanders and battalions and the higher command. They assist Commanders or Vice Commanders with any issues that arise, as well as inform them of any issues that they have had to deal with. They are a key role in the CoC and deal with issues before they spread, and help keep the work for the Marshall Commander and above to a minimum. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I believe I can be trusted to be a Senior Commander for many reasons. The first and possibly most important is I maintain good relationships with battalion commanders, Vice Commanders, Naval high command, all the way down to the basic trooper. I always try to be fun but professional and serious when needed. I have risen from the rank of TRN to Commander in Shock, and have learned much throughout that time. I deal with issues immediately instead of letting them fester. Such as any issues that have arisen between Shock and any other battalions, or any issues regarding Shock in general, and bringing up issues that I may find with any other battalions or players with their respective CoC. I am a strait forward person and don't allow petty issues to become minor or major problems, as well as never arguing because that accomplishes nothing. I always attempt to work with other battalions to encourage collaboration. Such as having the 31st build a new checkpoint if command clears it. Or doing joint training sims so that everyone is better coordinated for any mission, and to build bonds between the battalions so that everyone maintains respect for the other. I am active daily and make sure that I delegate tasks to others if it is something that can help them grow their abilities as leaders, while not shaking off my own duty to lead the battalion. Being a leader who leads by example is a very important thing to me. Because how you act in front of your men and the example you set is the example they will follow. 7. How often can you be Online? : Several hours daily 8. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?) : I have zero warnings on the server. None as a moderator, and none as a game master.
  8. You have been a great Grand Moff so I must inform you that your request has been DENIED
  9. Like he said, If you want to be a VCMDR you need to put a lot more effort into your application. Trust me when I say it will be the least of the document work you will have to do but one of the most important ones you do.
  10. +Support It is a major hassle finding people in cells especially when you need to release them in cases of accidental arrest or when they are to be set free for any other reason. It is especially difficult when you have a crowded brig so you don't accidentally let someone out. Especially if you are the only one in the brig. Aside from that not every case requires staff and it would be far easier. Aside from that in my experience I have had staff in the brig who I've asked to release someone and they either didn't hear me or just ignored me (I am inclined to believe the second one.) And the fact that you shouldn't need to involve staff in order to do your job effectively. In conclusion it removes 60% of the issues that Shock faces when guarding the brig.
  11. 1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) and your SteamID Shock VCMDR Arson 0118, STEAM_0:1:92078164 2. What Regiment are you VCMDR+ in? Shock 3. Why do you want to stay as a (vice) commander of this branch? I would like to stay as vice commander of this branch for a multitude of reasons. It is my primary and essentially my only life in game, therefor all of my time goes into it (besides staffing). I have gone from a TRN to VCMDR and seen many great people come through Shock and learned a lot from the multitude of different Commanders and VCMDR's that I have served under. Additionally although I am sad to see Senior Commander Texas leave Shock and the server, I am hoping to fill his position as Commander of Shock and continue to help it grow and expand as a fun but serious battalion on the server. When I initially joined Shock it was almost dead, with our highest ranking officer being a Colonel. However throughout the months I am glad to have contributed to not just revive Shock, but help it and its members thrive on the server. 4. How active are you on the server (include timezone)? US Central Time. I am on everyday for several hours each day. 5. What can you do/have you done for your branch? I currently just finished making a tryout document & SOP for Shock QRF, and am currently working on doing a training guide for Shock Enforcers so we can use those roles while waiting for the new Shock update. Additionally I have worked with others to create some SOP's for the expected battalion update so that we will be ready to implement them almost immediately. I have created several documents for Shock such as a event calendar, documents for training officers to fill out after each tryout. As well as reviving the system of having training officers so that we have the people most qualified holding tryouts. I have spent a lot of time working with our current commander Texas on making official Shock meeting times, promoting officers, and working on the direction that we want Shock to be heading. Additionally with the new map I spent time from (roughly) 12am -3:30am (ish) creating new bunks, setting up the brig and interrogation room. And making a new bridge checkpoint, which I spent the majority of today working to get it implemented. 6. Why should we trust you to continue being a (vice) commander? I believe I should continue being in Shock Command because of my efficient working relationships both inside my battalion and outside. I work hard to ensure that there are no issues between Shock and any other battalion, as well as assisting the other commanders with any issues that are in my capacity to deal with, (Ex. ensuring that no RG are being arrested and instead are reported to their superiors.) As well as trying to work with other battalions to help Shock with activities in missions. Some examples have included using the 31st to build barricades or new checkpoints around the ship. Or including the ST's in a training exercise aboard the Death Star. I demand the highest level of performance from the men in my unit. And always ensure that they are aware that if they are to arrest someone they must be sure that their reason will stand in a admin sit (Due to Shock usually getting reported for RDA.) And to my satisfaction and best of my knowledge, Shock does not retain anyone who has been warned for RDA. As well as not allowing anyone with excessive or recent warns to even try out for the unit. 7. Have you received any strikes on ImperialRP (if so, why)? No. 8. How active would you say your battalion is? Currently we are able have 4+ on at most prime times during the day, and more during weekends. We have recently been receiving more LOA's than usual so we are trying to ensure that we have ample numbers to do our job efficiently. Additionally we are suffering from the loss of some of our core officers, and soon our commander. So those are the main issues that myself as the VCMDR 2IC prioritize, activity and ensuring we have a COC that can keep Shock active and professional at all times. 9. What is one thing you think you can improve on as a leader (be specific)? I think one of the main things that I can improve on would be constantly keeping the roaster up to date. Due to myself currently working on new documents for Shock, new trainees coming in, and naval promoting people being constantly up to date on the roaster comes last at times. Whereas before I would be checking and updating the roaster multiple times per day, such as immediately after someone making a role request, I now tend to check it and then push off any updates until later that day so I could do them all at once. Which still enables me to keep the roaster up to date to the best of my ability, I believe it would be more efficient and less likely for me to forget or overlook anything if I again continued to keep it up to date multiple times throughout the day.
  12. You need to change your poll to be just Yes/No otherwise you have a good chance of getting outright denied.

You say that but at the same time you are a trainer in Shock who should also help hold tryouts
  14. +Support Good Security Officer Active Professional yet fun Would add a lot to the staff team
  15. This is outdated. I believe we have the application link in the discord
  16. Name: Arson Why you want to be Jesus: I would like to be Jesus because I would greatly enjoy the look on the faces of my haters. Additionally I could smite those that oppose me. Finally I think that I do deserve a bit more worship than I'm already getting. Why should we accept you as Jesus?
  17. +2 Support Very religious I think maybe but doesn't really matter to me
  18. +Support Currently dealing with the inactivity There was and there will be again!
  19. +Support Good professionalism Very active
  20. Questions 1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) : Shock CPT Arson 0118 2. What Regiment are you applying for/ Shock Vice Commander 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? I would like to a commander for this branch due to the countless hours I have put into the battalion. Most times I will find myself being the highest member on and there ensuring that all shock are assigned to their posts, as well as requesting frequent updates from their stations. Additionally because I am so active I see most of the members of Shock and have been able to be best informed on who is succeedinng in their job and possibly warrants a promotion. And at the same time to be able to see who is not upholding the standards of shock and with deal with them accorily. Finally it would help me better communicate with other battalion heads in order for us all to work as a unit, and deal with any alterctations ASAP. I currently try to do this now but being able to talk to different Commanders and naval to get their opinions on what we are suceeding in, as well as how we could improve as a unit. How much game time do you have on the server? +142 in the past two weeks 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? To ensure all standards are being preformed to a T. To promote those who we would believe well fitted for their new positions, as well as to be involved in keeping Shock to the professional standers that we require. To preform trainings/PT/ as well as Shock only events to ensure that if any situation Shock will instantly be ready and prepaired. Another thing for being a Vice Commander I would also be to help with the paperwork and assist the Commander in any things necessary, As well as making sure shock communicates with other battalions to prevent any issues from risng between them. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : To start with I suppose the most important thing is that I have zero warnings in game. As well as the majority of shock that I see would approve with having a fun/serious commander who is always looking into making shock the best trained on then server as well as the most capable with their jobs and the authority that comes with it. I am currently a Gamemaster and Trial Moderator with no strikes on either job. As well as already being in good standing with all of shocl. 7. How often can you be Online? : I am online 3-6 times per day, roughly 6+ hours daily 8. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?) : I have zero warnings in shock, Gamemaster, or as a moderator
