  1. Massive +Support +Jaw-dropping, tear-invoking effort on his application. +Loads of previous experience. +Incredibly active. +Mature. +Chill. +The perfect active time range for the late-night US. +Excellent response to Q14. +/-A little forgiving on Q15. Overall a fantastic staff application with effort, organization, and delivery that brought me to tears. This staff application is the pinnacle of staff applications and should set a standard for anyone else planning to apply. The only minor contention I have is the answer to Q15. It could be a little harsher then letting him/her stand there and back mouth you to his/her heart's content, but that's a small complaint and that's the way you handle your sits. With 5 years of experience of staff, who am I to challenge that. He will be a valuable asset to our staff team and I would be heartbroken if I saw this application denied. I'd wish you good luck, but you evidently don't need it.
  2. -Support -I have not seen you in-game. -Low effort on Q14. -Low effort on Q15. -Grammatical issues. -No Poll. +/-Moderate previous staffing experience, although I do not remember your time staffing. +Low warns. +Long-standing community member. While I appreciate your involvement as a member of staff on GamingLight in the past, that does not give you the right to lazily throw together a reapplication for staff. I understand you are a long-standing community member, but I have not seen you on the server once. I, personally don't recognize you, and as a first impression, this staff application does not make you look good. I recommend putting more information in Q14 than just your willingness to increase your activity. Maybe I am just being cynical because I don't recognize you, but in my opinion, this staff application shows that you are not fit for the staff team. I wish you the best of luck on it and should you need to reapply, future staff applications.
  3. -Support -Barely Active. -No Poll. -Wrong SteamID. -Poor answer for Q14. -Poor answer for Q15. -Low experience. -Low effort. +Low warns. Overall a poorly done application. To begin, your grammar and spelling need work. At a glance, I can already see you have spelled "Trial Mod" wrong, and considering that is the focus of the application, that shows me you are either inept or lazy, neither of which are good qualities for a member of the staff team. Secondly, the entire application appears to barely have any effort. The staff team is not something that is to be entered willy-nilly. It is not a joke, nor is it a lazily thrown together rag-tag group of people with noclip and physguns. The staff team is a team of people who are essential to maintaining the server's integrity and wellness and such a task requires you to put in an amount of effort. Now if you cannot put effort into something as little as writing an application, it shows that you clearly cannot put effort into being a member of the staff team. The only redeemable quality you have displayed to me according to this application is that you are good at following the rules, and the low warn count is appreciated. However, your ability to follow the rules does not fully show your ability to enforce the rules. On reapply, I recommend you sit down and thoroughly think out your staff application. Write out every meticulous detail on what you would do for Q15 and every reason you think you are worthy of a position on the GamingLight staff team over another individual on Q14. I wish you the best of luck with this application and any future reapplies.
  4. +/-Support -I have never seen you before. -Poor answer for Q15. +/-Old account, but relatively low forum post count for the age. +Previous Experience. +Low warns. +Good answer for Q14. I hate you because I hate not being able to come to a decision. On one hand, you have a staff application that has been put out by someone who I don't even recognize, and they leave a short and overall ineffective answer for Q15. On the other hand, I have someone who is saying that they have a lot of experience, a low warn count, and actually put some level of effort into question 14. I am really on the fence about this application. Best of luck dude.
  5. -Support -Massive minge. -Pathological rulebreaker. -Low effort. -Not fit for staff. +/-Decent answers to Q14 and Q15. I recognize and respect your previous experience as staff on other servers and games, but all of that respect is demolished by your reputation as a minge, rulebreaker, and all-around bad sport. Not to mention the overall lack of effort I find in your staff application. I wish you the best of luck in this application.
  6. -Support -A grammatical joke. -Minimal experience. -Absolutely no effort. -I have never seen you in-game before. -You've been in this community for half a year and have two whole forums posts to show for it. Not only is the amount of effort (or lack thereof) in this application laughable, but the grammar is honestly a joke. I could literally set fire to a paper factory and the ashes would actually be more grammatically correct than this staff application. I am appalled that you honestly thought that this sheer lack of effort was somehow passable for an application to join the staff team of our PoliceRP. I am speechless, and not in a good way. Good luck, because god knows you need it.
  7. -Support -Minge. -Constant Breaker of Rules. -No experience. -Relatively new forums account. -An appalling amount of warns. -Depressingly low amount of effort. I fail to see the allure of this toxic trend of lazily throwing together a staff application and somehow forcing yourself to believe that this scaffolding for something that could be passed as barely acceptable is somehow enough for the Senior Managment Team to consider you even remotely worthy for a position of staff on this server. Did I misread the staff guidelines? Did it say somewhere in there that this was some kind of joke? Some kind of low-responsibility, easy-to-get position? I didn't think so. I'd be willing to look past your towering reputation as a renown minge or your complete and utter lack of experience if you had even put a modicum of effort into this, but you didn't. Good luck, because god knows you need it.
  8. MASSIVE +SUPPORT +Breathtaking Detail +Loads of previous experience. +Outstanding answer for Q14. +Good answer for Q15. +Mobile absolutely sucks. +/-Moderate amount of warns. +/-I've seen a mob of Joseph Seeds, so I'll assume one of them was you. I find this application depressing because I know that when I click the back arrow and look at the next application, I couldn't hope in my wildest dreams for it to look as breathtakingly detailed and amazing as this one. The only thing I am on the fence about is your answer to Q15. I do strongly believe in the quick and effective neutralization of a mingy threat, but your postscript does a good job of a explaining your motives, so I am willing to look past it. The same applies to your warnings, but I understand the presence of mental siblings, and after you put that much dedication into a staff application, I would feel morally upset to even give this a neutral rating, let alone a negative rating. I'd tell you to have good luck on your application, but I'm not going to tell you to have something you clearly don't need. Edit: I recognize that mobile sucks, and that you made a mistake, and I recommend that people looking at this application look past a software mishap and recognize the pure talent and detail that he has put into his application. Please?
  9. +/- Support -No previous experience. -Q15 is too lax of a punishment. -I have barely seen him before. -Application appears to be passably written at best. +/-Seems nice, but nice isn't always effective. +Q14 seems to be well thought-out. +Low warns. +Active forums account. +Flexible hours. You seem nice and you look like you have potential, but please try to refrain from writing your staff application in the middle of the night because, as clearly seen here, it can affect the overall quality of your application. And while nice staff members are appreciated, if you are too nice, minges will get away with walking all over you. Remember, Q15 is a situation involving someone who is MassRDMing and is Swearing at you in a Sit. I know you don't have experience, but those people seldom are unaware of what they are doing. Good luck with your application.
  10. +Support +Finch switches jobs at 0:50. +The engagement begins at 1:21 +Finch is reported dead at 1:35 +He returns at 3:47 +NLR is 3 minutes. (https://imgur.com/a/qxmMR8l) +The evidence is clear and NLR was broken. Finch is a good guy, but switching off his job to help his buddy as well as breaking NLR when he fails the first time is unprofessional and, while not demotion worthy, certainly brings attention to his position in PD, Dispatch, and possibly Staff, depending on how the application goes. I'm not saying he should be denied, but this is unacceptable. Give him a warn and let him learn his lesson.
  11. DENIED AND BLACKLISTED FROM CITIZEN
  12. Can somebody ****ing tell me what the **** this is? I'm sorry, but did DICE just flip us off and call us sexist pigs while at the same time shooting themselves in the eye and sending themselves into a death spiral? Somebody give them a ****ing medal if they did because GOD DAMN that is some fancy footwork to get that all done at once. At first, I was on the fence about Pre-ordering this game because it looked genuinely decent, besides the complete disregard for historical accuracy and apparent lack of care the game had for any of the themes for Battlefield 1. I mean, Battlefield 1 focused strongly on the gruesome reality of war and how completely and totally ****ed it is, and I was praying that the next Battlefield title would be the same, but nope! We got this sad sack of shit excuse for an arcade WWII-themed shooter. And even after all of that, I was willing to give the game a look. But I am not willing to buy a game from a company that not only completely disregards mass criticism but openly mocks its consumer base by saying that their genuine and well-reinforced criticisms are "not okay". What the **** is going on DICE? I've been a Battlefield fan for a while, and it's strengthened bonds with me and my friends, but this is unacceptable and for the first time, I will not be pre-ordering a Battlefield release.
  13. +Support +The evidence is obvious and clear. In case you are reading this Jhonson, the staff on this server work tirelessly and non-stop to make sure that it is a safe environment for the players, and the fact that you are using the report system as a tool to run away from an RP situation and completely disregard the purpose of PoliceRP not only makes you a bad sport, but it makes you harmful to the community as you are wasting the time of members of staff and of players on the server.
  14. What do you want to see? - Some loose system of cross-branch rank translation for government jobs. Why should we add it? - This will make recognition of higher-ups easier for newer players to the server as well as work as a way for people who spend time on non-PD jobs (such as Tac. Units or the Secret Service) to apply for something like Dispatcher or a Tac. Unit or Secret Service. What are the advantages of having this? - New players will be able to easily recognize who is and is not their superiors. This also will help towards expanding the crowd of those who can join a different branch of government without having to lower their activity in their current branch to rank up in PD. Who is it mainly for? - Government Jobs. Links to any content - N/A
  15. Huge +Support +Very active. +Long-time member. +Massive amounts of staff experience. +Detailed staff application. +Excellent Response to Q14 +Accuate and effective response to Q15 +/-Moderate warn count, but I can look past it given the previous. The Senior Management Team would be shooting themselves in the foot if this staff application was to be denied. An effort like this is sadly found few and far between in staff applications from what I've recently seen, so reading this was a breath of fresh air. The only thing I am even remotely iffy about is the warn count but given the other things on this list, it's really ancillary. The staff experience is something to applaud, and once again, if SMT denies this application, it is a missed opportunity and a half. I'd wish you luck on your application, but it's more than obvious that it isn't needed. Have fun in the staff team.
