(150 Word Minimum): Staffing and helping people with rule, rp, and general problems has always been something that I love to do and I want to come back to staff world on a different server to help people. For a long time since I have joined this server I have always wanted to join staff and now I feel like this is the right time to join. Some things to know about me is that I have a lot of experience on the server it self and the rules on it. I want to help the current staff with the amount of tickets that the staff teams gets everyday and I want to help and lower that number. Other things I want to help out with is to teach new players on how to play the server correctly and try to keep them here to stay. I also want to help vets stay on the server and make sure they don't leave because there is mass FailRP. I want to enforce rules more and enforce rp more to make the rp experience better for all players new and old. There is also a minge problem that really bugs me a lot and I want to stop or discouraged minges from ruining the rp experience from all players on the sever. I have over 1200+ hours on the sever and is always willing to help players who have gmod problems that won't always involve Gaminglight severs. Thank you for reading. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?: As the first thing I would do is jail them or freeze them to stop them from causing anymore harm to the server and the players. I will question them on there acts against other players and if needed gag them if they are cussing and being disarespectful to me. I will check logs and see how many people they have killed. I will warn them for what ever they have done. After all that I will call a higher ranking staff member to ban the player for breaking many rules.

To many people play Government. This prevents Government jobs from actually roleplaying. When there are an equal amount of Gov and Crim the server feels nice and fun. I have been playing crim recently and it has been really fun. We also need families to get bigger for more high priority crime.

For awhile now I have been playing PoliceRp. In the old days of my time I would usually get on the server 3-6 hours a day. Now starting in 2020 there have been parent issues. Because of these parent issues I can only play 2 hours a day now. For those 2 hours everyday I come on PoliceRp. I am tired of being call “not active” or “rarely active”. Even if I can’t play like I used to I still get on the server everyday. Even in those 2 hours I try my best to be active in all the branches I am in. Thank you for reading.

I've been waiting for a long periods of time for an staff member to take my ticket and I want to help out with the amount of tickets the server gets. I have always wanted to become staff and help with the server and improve it. I respect all staff member and would like to have that respect by helping out the server. I am a semi veteran player with a good amount of experience. I will always answer questions for players that need help and if I don't know that answer I will ask other staff members for help if I need it. I've noticed that the server is being filled by minges and I want to help get rid of rule breakers or non roleplayers. I will always make sure that new/old players won't leave because of a players who don't rp and just minge around. I will make sure that new/old won't be discouraged to not roleplay because of other players. I will keep a good and friendly roleplay environment for all players. I will always be happy to get on staff if needed. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?: If someone is MassRDMing I will frist freeze them and stop the RMDing, next I will ask questions of why they did the MassRDMing, next if they are cussing and being disrespectful I will give them a verbal warning telling them to stop, if they do not stop I will gag and tell them what is going to happen if they do not stop, after that I will give them one last chance to speak and if they do not comply I will keep them gaged, and at the end of the sit I will call a higher ranking staff member to give the person there punishment. That is how I would handle this situation.
