Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (150 Word Minimum): I have been wanting to become a staff member for awhile now and for certain reasons. I've been waiting for a long periods of time for an staff member to take my ticket and I want to help out with the amount of tickets the server gets. I have always wanted to become staff and help with the server and improve it. I respect all staff member and would like to have that respect by helping out the server. I am a semi veteran player with a good amount of experience. I will always answer questions for players that need help and if I don't know that answer I will ask other staff members for help if I need it. I've noticed that the server is being filled by minges and I want to help get rid of rule breakers or non roleplayers. I will always make sure that new/old players won't leave because of a players who don't rp and just minge around. I will make sure that new/old won't be discouraged to not roleplay because of other players. I will keep a good and friendly roleplay environment for all players. I will always be happy to get on staff if needed.
How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?: If someone is MassRDMing I will frist freeze them and stop the RMDing, next I will ask questions of why they did the MassRDMing, next if they are cussing and being disrespectful I will give them a verbal warning telling them to stop, if they do not stop I will gag and tell them what is going to happen if they do not stop, after that I will give them one last chance to speak and if they do not comply I will keep them gaged, and at the end of the sit I will call a higher ranking staff member to give the person there punishment. That is how I would handle this situation.
