If im one of the only staff member on and someone needs tags I can uphold my duty to help people. I need support staff to be able to further my duties of helping people. If i had support staff i would be able to help more with Pd meetings/Cadets/etc. It can also get really annoying when I ask other people to give them tags and they wont so if I had support staff I would be able to just give them tags myself. How do you think you could affect support staff in a positive way? By being really active and giving some good new ideas.
