I don't see an issue with them attacking hostiles, as long as they aren't out patrolling by themselves and they are escorting, this isn't an issue. -

I've got plans to try to do this, however swap Gensec and 173. I can look into how we can factor medical into this, so this isn't really accepted, but it really isn't denied either.

I mean this goes along with Gensec SOPS so you can suggest this to them, nothing I really need to do here.
