If you're doing something wrong you kinda need to be told that you're doing something wrong so you can fix it. You might not like it, but its a lot better to admit your faults than to make a staff report.

+support My personal belief with Tmod is that all players who are active in game and show maturity should be able to recieve the rank. It is only a staff trial period so it should be used to get good members ready for actual staffing. If he has some areas that need improvement then lets work with him to get those fixed. He can be a bit of a minge at times, but lets be honest; its non serious RP and he plays as a criminal. Warns are so easy to get when you play hundreds of hours as a criminal class.

I agree. There shouldn't be a weapon that PD can use that one one else can defend against.

How would you deal with a situation where a user is spamming the shoutbox due to getting banned from one of our servers? I will delete the member's posts and ask them to stop via the shoutbox. I would then send them a private message with a link to the ban appeal section of the appropriate server. I may follow up by inviting them to join Teamspeak so I can talk them through the appeal steps and hopefully stop any further spam. I would also write down their name so that if I hear/see any more issues I would be able to know what issues we've had in the past.

Agreed. When there are actually enough PD online to do a bank heist there are too many PD on to actually complete it. Bank raids NEED to be harder for tactical departments to complete. Currently, a cake walk, with blood. Agreed. 250k is such a tiny amount of money unless you are a new player. Something that requires endgame weapons and RP should have a higher payout.

For these reasons, he is qualified for a trial as moderator. Just make sure you are strict when you need to. There are always times to be merciful, but when someone has no interest in being apart of the community, get rid of them.

Major +Support Zayn made a mistake in the past, but he fixed it and came back to the community a better player.

What do you want to see? - Day/night cycle (maybe weather like fog, rain, tornado, etc) Why should we add it? - It will add realism and change the dynamic of the roleplay. Shopkeepers would have set hours and would leave the shop at the end of that time. Instead of all crime happening at any time people might wait for night to do certain crimes. For example: if a hitman has a hit he might spend the day finding the person's house and casing the surrounding area, but when night falls he can actually carry out the hit when the person returns home. SWAT raids could wait until the night where there would be more surprise. In short: It would make the roleplay lifelike because there would actually be a real passage of time. What are the advantages of having this? - The fantasy world would no longer be a day all the time, thus adding a more dynamic roleplay experience. If a SWAT team is required then our job isn't to check for weapons. It is the job of the officer to find weapons and call SWAT or to search suspects in custody. We are there to shoot/apprehend suspects without asking questions.
