+Support We had a massive riot involving 30 or more different players; I personally arrested 20(ish) players. I dispatched SWAT to spawn because the riot turned violent after a civilian shot and killed a member of Rockford PD. I asked him to gas spawn, but he decided to be a gentleman and throw a flashbang that does no damage and only blinds you for a few seconds. SWAT can provide riot control, I have no idea why this is an issue.

Ikr? Expectation He steals cars and gets into police chases while on duty, cloaked, and godded, Reality He uncloaked for three minutes and had a light-hearted and joking encounter with a player. Staff abuse is never good, but I don't appreciate people making reports on people who did nothing wrong. Staff is like a second family to me so I take reports of non-issues seriously.

We have some nice holding cells in DOC. I don't like the idea of taking them from a crime scene to PD and then all the way to DOC. Seems like a lot for one player to sit through.

Indeed! The only way this will be worth it is if we make the application process easy. I don't want EMS to become extinct.

Major +Support EMS has major issues. They will not role play, they don't take people to hospital, they go AFK for extended periods of time forcing players to wait long periods of time without EMS reviving them, they will not yield to vehicles with lights and sirens, and they revive people regardless of the reason of death. (if I get shot in the head by a shotgun you cannot revive me with a defib) There are a bunch of good EMS who do the server a big favor, but as it stands most of EMS stands much to improve.

EMS needs more rules. They need to be taking people to hospitals, but all they do is run around not reviving anyone or reviving and then running away. Furthermore, EMS tends to revive everyone instead of roleplaying. Doesn't matter if they got shot in the head with a 50. cal sniper rifle and had their dead body flung into the air to be run over by half the police force; shock em with that defib and they are all good to go!

Zim was good in PD and was a hardcore criminal. I do not believe he deserves this ban.

I like this idea! DOC changes would look a little like this. DOC requirement only applies to 40+ players onlineCERT will no longer be required to swap to DOC DOC will now include a 911 call center; DOC's new role is to protect the DOC in the event of a jailbreak, dispatch units, and provide PT for high-profile prisoners. Tactical departments and FBI will now call an available State Trooper for a PT. Regular PD will be required to do their own PTSGT+ are exempt from being required to perform DOC dutiesWhile the court is in session one DOC must be present* to provide security and PT. *normal DOC requirement still applies (aka 1 DOC at DOC and 1 at court) FBI must accompany suspects arrested in association for gang/drug activities to DOC for interrogation under DOC supervisionAnyone loitering near DOC may be AOS at an officer's discretion Added armor and health stations to DOC

I have stopped the odd prison break because most of the time people ignore the fact that DOC Is on and will just drive on over. The fact that this happens outlines the issue with DOC. 75% of the time you stand there doing nothing. DOC Shouldn't be removed, but I think there needs to be a bettere way of having it in the game.The current DOC requirment just means that State Troopers are going to be less active and not exist during times of low player count.

I agree with Toxic. An event team would be cool, but I feel like it would divide managment. I think that instead of a dedicated event team that we should have a structured way of doing events. For example, SMT could gather all event ideas and make set dates and times to do them. This would bring them together in making a desision isntead of simply allowing a team to do it.

CERT should never have to get off to be DOC. If we have enough criminals being arrested to need a DOC then that means that CERT NEEDS to be on duty.

If this is true then let's keep the price high; I could make 5 mil in a day or two. If everyone has the car then PD would be in trouble considering we would have a hard time catching it. Also, in my opinion, fast cars are a bit overrated. They take a lot of damage, are hard to handle, and are always targets for thieves.
