I don’t know if you can see it in the picture or not but the staff member used that same argument against me. To sum it up he said that since he wasn’t passed the sign then he could be there.

At the moment we have our own base but our car dealer is still in the SRT/ SWAT base. He shouldn’t have killed you for trying to ask a question and if you would like to private message me his name and the full situation I’ll have a little chat with him about his roleplay.

That's what I thought too, which is why I got confused when staff said it was allowed.

A few hours ago while roleplaying as a Police Officer I came across people sitting on top of the Police Station next to the entrance. Knowing that people are not allowed inside the station walls I assumed that the rule also means you cannot parkour on Government property to get onto the building and sit there, but when I called staff they told me that people were technically allowed to do that. In no way shape or form do I personally believe that what they were doing counts as roleplay and it is wrong to say the roof of the station is not trespassing onto Government property. I didn't come here to rant but rather am looking for clarification and possibly a rule change if our server truly does permit such behavior. Admin in Question: Keuka Evidence:

I'm going to say this again because I do not believe you guys are understanding the importance of this man being an Admin. He and the rest of the staff team represent this community, off or on duty you guys should be setting an example for other players to play and interact by, this my friend was not an example we would want anyone to follow and that is why people are calling for harsher punishments, I'm sure you would agree?

Greetings, As you all very well know my name is Wolfgang, and I am here to discuss an issue that I think needs to be addressed with our forum staff. Not to get too in-depth but when I started playing Garry's Mod, the first server I played on was [TCG] The Cubics Gaming, the number one server on gametracker at the time. Approximately six to seven months after I joined I became the forum staff manager and an SA on the server and I am here now to try and bring up what I believe to be an important issue. There have been several occurrences over the years that I have been here of my posts being hidden on the forums without my knowledge. This bothers me because I have read the forum rules multiple times and when I go into requesting website support on teamspeak to ask about it they have no idea what to tell me. My goal today is to try and make it mandatory that Gaminglight Forum Staff notify the original poster of a hidden and/or deleted post and the reason for the deletion. If one does not know what they have done wrong how are they to be stopped from doing it again? Thank you for reading, Wolfgang

I'm going to make this easy and simply post the facts. This SHOULD be a staff report because staff represent our community This is a public video on youtube that everyone can see, even potentially new players An Admin on Gaminglight was caught lying and RDMing It shows that the server has extremely unprofessional and manipulative staff This should be an embarrassment to everyone in our community and I believe a staff demotion is necessary to make sure this kind of behavior never happens again.

I expect that you personally reported all of these members to EMS high command for the proper punishment in order to be saying this. Otherwise, you are just as much a part of the problem.

I’m going to go ahead and reply to this because you obviously can’t think about the situation on a greater scale and you seemed to think it was ok to insult me. Warns are like insurance, everybody needs insurance and it’s a fact that almost everybody, even the most mature of all of us are going to get warns in their early days on the server and are likely going to want them to be removed. If we make the donation option $40 there’s a likely chance that it will be one of the servers best sources of consistent income due to the fact some departments require low warn counts. As well as the fact I personally believe in second chances. If someone joined the server two years ago he would have been much less mature and most likely mingier than he is today and It is of my opinion that with evidence of change using feedback from the community that SMT would allow this to happen.

What do you want to see? - I want there to be a buyable option to remove warns and add it as another donation item on the store. Why should we add it? - This should be added as a way for people who have changed their ways and temperament with approval from SMT to donate to permanently remove their proir warns from Gaminglight servers. What are the advantages of having this? - Advantages Include: Another way of generating revenue to support our servers (People will always break the rules) Gives loyal players the ability to mend and make up for their mistakes by supporting the server Who is it mainly for? - Players who have wronged in the past but are looking for a way to correct their errors. All I gotta say is that it makes the server look bad when you just gun down three individuals for loitering. Even if they did jump into PD for a second because they were mingling, you’re technically allowed to kill them but where’s the roleplay? This is more a report on the practices that some officers continue to follow rather than on Bambob1. Personally I believe that all three of them should have been tazed and jailed as well as the fact police should be held to a higher standard and not be allowed to even use that warning rule for the sake of improving roleplay.

Greetings, I do not want to sound rude or insinuate that server management does not respond to people in the requesting SMT support, but I have been in the Requesting SMT support channel for approximately 20-30 minutes at a time the past five days during the most populated time on the server and no one has attempted to resolve my issue. At the moment I have been in the Requesting SMT room for at least 40+ minutes with Ajax and Jason Tucker for the simple reason of getting a name change on the forums. As Gaminglight is for profit, I would recommend adding a section to the forums so you do not turn away potential donators or future players due to the slow response time as well as the fact it would make your job easier by not having to constantly deal with people in that channel. I understand that SMT is busy working almost all of the time and again I am not insinuating that they're lazy or not doing their job, but obviously, there needs to be a change and I believe adding an SMT Help section on the forums will solve that. I am pretty sure we have all heard the phrase "Mommy's credit card" before. Many parents hardly regulate the items children buy online. Excuse my wording as well I should have said "access to a credit card" I assumed it was obvious enough that was what I meant.

This post is utterly ridiculous, we have staff that control the server when players get out of line, and from what I have personally witnessed, the are older players tend to be mingier and more annoying. I think you are also forgetting that this is no longer just for play, Gaminglight is a business and it requires consumers to buy products from them to pay for the upkeep of their servers. Turning anyone away with a credit card will potentially lose them money and make it harder to run the servers.

Hello folks, Whether you know me or not I am a very big fan of Gaminglight PoilceRP. I get on around 2-3 hours a day and have a been an on and off player on this community for a few years now. My career on Gaminglight started way back on the old MilitaryRP, I mean like when it used to be a Pakistani darkRP. Back when there were no whitelists and people would weld couches to cars and there was somehow still a functioning town between a normally large scale 24/7 battle. After taking a break from Garry’s Mod, It was a year later that I found that Gaminglight made a PoliceRP server and I was ecstatic, I loved going on CityRPs and other free roam roleplay servers but they could never keep a steady amount of players so I came here. For most of my time on this server, which is probably around two years because I was hesitant to make a forums account at the time, I always played as a criminal. The thought of having to go to training alone bored the hell out of me, but recently I decided that in order for me to keep enjoying the server it was time for a change. I am now a Sergeant in the Police Department and a low ranking BSI Investigator and I am having more fun than I thought I would ever have. That's also why I am writing this post, as of today I am officially changing my name to Wolfgang, inspired by Sense8 the Netflix TV show. I believe that with a new name comes a new chance to inspire and change oneself for the better, I have used Agustus Jones for many years now and I am afraid that not all of my time with that name was satisfactory. I am hoping that with this name will come a new professional outlook on my duties as a PD Sergeant, BSI member and overall player on the server. Anyway, enough about that, I am a 17-year-old planning on applying to several business schools come this fall, to study business law and get drunk off my ass as much as possible. I would say I am probably one of the most attractive men in the country, with my absolutely chiseled body and insanely gorgeous looks I am a dead ringer. It is also easy to say that in real life I am pretty introverted, I stick to myself most of the time and tend to use video games as a way to escape reality. In a world where everyone is constantly using technology to attempt to enhance their self-esteem by putting others down or by posing, I would rather be here with you guys laughing in Teamspeak and in-game instead.
