It is. The 123 family owns the base, which is no suprise to me. I have known them to be a small, but rather mingey family. The most annoying part of it all is that they sit there killing dozens of srt and aru and scream and yell in ooc accusing people of "gassing the outside" or doing something wrong when one of them dies. Its absurd.

While this may be true at times, this is not always the case. I have large amounts of experience, I am active, I am skilled, and I am extremely dedicated, capable, and am a natural leader. These qualities are extremely useful for a command member, and I hope will greatly outweigh the immaturity I may show at times. Experience As many people know, I am not in any means new to Police RP. I first joined not long after it’s launch, forgoing my US Navy 2LT position on Military RP. For a couple years I thoroughly enjoyed it, playing nearly 24/7. On may 21’st, 2018 I was forced out of the community due to toxicity of many members, and returned August 4’th 2019. Since then I have been working hard to find my place in the position. I started with trying to get somewhere in the PD, eventually giving up, briefly playing on EMS. Eventually I realized that the department wasn’t for me and I joined a family, eventually becoming the leader of two families that grew big (and maybe a bit mingey), after this I worked on FBI for a short while, and eventually joined ARU, where I finally feel that I have found my place. This uncertain period taught me a great amount of how the departments work together, and has shaped me Activity I am extremely active. I’m on ARU (which if you didn’t know, is considered part of the PD, and the ranks are shared between both) every moment I can be. With my removal from staff, I have even more time available to spend on doing my duties as a Lieutenant, and would be happy to do so. Skill I am not the best player on any particular activity, and I openly acknowledge this fact. I am, however, good at what I need to do, such as driving at high speeds, mentoring lower ranks, micromanaging lower ranks to keep them safe, combat, and the other small things that come with being apart of the ARU. I am knowledgeable of how most department operates, having been in most of them at one point or another. Being an ex-staff member, I know the motd well. Natural Skill Set Naturally I am good at this role in the PD. I posses strong leadership qualities, a very important quality to have for this position. I also am extremely dedicated. Once I am involved in something I have a major tendency to invest great amount of time towards improving it. I’m aware that most people will say I am far too immature and not ready for command, and I understand why one may think this way, but there’s more to being a command member. Despite the immaturity I occasionally display, I am still very capable of being a command member. I can prove it if I am given the opportunity, but I can only do so if I am given a chance. Several staff have explained this to them. Their shooting windows are blacked out, the fences are too tight to fit through for most playermodels, and several staff have told them to get rid of it. They claimed to have “Updated it” but they only made the floor a dark grey so they can say it’s not the one they can’t use. They were using it today as well

That's what I meant when I said "I also like how you cut out the part where you were harrassing me, pestering me about what I do outside of Gmod, which led to me reaching my breaking point." There was in fact a part cut out as you have pointed out, and it's the part where 4 Man Army is borderline harassing me (hence why I was losing my temper with him). He insulted me about videos I put on my Youtube channel 5 years ago (Ex: "When are you gonna make another Minecraft video huh?"), and made countless comments of deragatory/defamatory nature to piss me off so I would snap at him. This part of the video was obviously cut out as it would hurt himself far worse than me if it was present.

Please remain respectful. Comments like these aren't necessary, and often can be taken as more offensive than intended. That's exactly how I thought it worked. I will admit I haven't seen it often since I returned in August however.

I was misinformed then. I have not heard anything about it from FBI command since 4 Man Army and Phil talked with me, and naturally came to the assumption that it was dropped. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

I would like to express utmost respect for not being afraid to say your opinion. Too many see people get blacklisted for being toxic against SMT actions they do not agree with and in turn become afraid to say their ideas. This community's foundation is the players in it. Your ideas and criticism is what keeps it fun for everyone to be in the community. To anyone reading, don't feel scared to express your feelings. As long as you remain respectful, and offer some thoughts on how to fix the problem, you will never offend anyone. Gaminglight since the beginning has always been a place where people can be themselves while having fun, and it is sad to see so many being afraid to speak there mind. Thank you for setting an example for everyone.

If you're split between wanting to join one department or another, ask someone in each department about specific details you are interested in such as what weapons, cars, and armor the department gets, or what opportunities they provide. I can guarantee that they will be more than happy to spend a few minutes answering a few questions. Don't waste the time people voluntarily take from their busy lives to train and welcome you into the department just so you so you can "see which one feels the best." Figure out which one is better suited for you before you apply. If you realize that the department you're in is extremely boring and you can't bear to stay in it, then do some serious research before choosing a new one. You ideally should have an overwhelming desire to join, and a burning passion to be involved in the department before you apply. This type of behavior is unacceptable not only takes advantage of the hard workers that keep the departments running, but displays extremely immature behavior, and is extremely looked down upon by others. Another similar issue I've noticed are those who join a department with no other motives except getting a high rank. If you are willing to leave simply because you can't get a command position within the first couple weeks, don't bother applying. That kind of behavior will get you nowhere except blacklisted across all departments. Even worse, I've seen people time and time competing for a promotion, often going as far as trying to get others to leave or get wrongfully kicked out. If you truly have what it takes, you will get a high rank. For most, it takes months of selfless hard work. Don't be this type of person. Nobody will respect you for it, and certainly nobody will promote you for it.

To anyone wondering how FBI command handled this, 4 Man Army and Phil asked me a couple questions about what happened and took no action. Because of this it is clear that they didn't see any major issues with my actions.

If he wasn't afk he would've known what was happening. The main reason I did it is because he was in the way of my building

I agree that something seems off here. From my experience with maddog, it wouldn't surprise me if this is him witch hunting instead of a serious report

Do you know what a god check is? I fired a couple shots into you to test if you were godded. The reason this is done is to make sure you are always godded so you don't get killed by a mrdmer as you try to handle them. You weren't godded, and so you were damaged. Also don't go afk on staff, especially in the way of someone building. Had you not done so I probably wouldn't have done this. I asked you several times to please move, and after it became apparent you were afk, I decided to god check you. If you weren't godded you would die, and if you were you would've been pushed out of my way by the bullets, so it worked out. I also don't see why you waited so long, as this was a week ago

I agree that there's definitely more to the story not being mentioned. Alsher would never have taken the liberty of banning him on milrp if valk was just genuinely being abusive.

I had my gun out before even exiting the car, however it was on safety until i shot at him. It may have not rendered properly, but it was there. You can tell because of how fast I pull it up and fire. I just spammed left mouse and it started shooting. As for the priority rules violation, I'm pretty sure I was running after mugging a cop, but I will admit that at the time I wasn't fully understanding of the concept of priority rules, and thought that it just meant you can't shoot cops without a valid reason (i am now aware of the full extent of the rule). the reason for this misconception was simply because I have literally never seen this come into play in any sits, and simply forgot it was there. I have since learned of this part of the rule however.

Do what you want, but it only shows that you can't grow up and work with others. I have tried to come to a resolution with you, but you only want drama. Continue if you wish, but I will not be furthering the situation.
