I have been training on average four to five cadets per day, as well as I have improved my activity being on for at least three hours per day. I have helped low command, and trusted members in PoliceRP enforce certain rules on the department as a Sergeant Major. As an example, I helped (I believe it was Darkspiker) test sergeants by going on an alternate steam account and recording training sessions. For another example, Voxis and myself caught a corporal trying to plan a sergeant+ meeting that was not authorized by any command member. I have also been on PoliceRP long enough that I know how to handle a majority of situations command is faced with everyday like minging officers, using the wrong vehicle skin, PD owning houses excreta. I am certainty not new to PoliceRP spending almost 10/12 months I have been on gaminglight still actively playing on the server. I enjoy helping and training PD members whenever I feel they need it. Wither its helping an officer with role-playing out a traffic stop, telling them how to improve their performance to get them recognized by command, teaching them the 10 codes and callsigns, giving them tips on driving, or literally anything they need help with to do their jobs better. Another reason I wish to be lieutenant is to father my progress in the Gaminglight Community. Ever since I have started playing on Gaminglight I have been trying to do this. I have achieved my staff rank, support, forum diplomat, US Commander and US Military Police Lieutenant Colonel. I believe that Lieutenant would be the next step to help my overall progression. I have helped command in the past, and I will have no issues doing it now. Some examples of this are, writing informationals, writing guides, making official documents and generally helping to improve their department/branch. I am not new to command ranks in general, I have been an old assistant manager for a DarkRP server, I am currently the Commander for the US Core on MilitaryRP, and I was a former Lieutenant Colonel for the Military Police (At the time I was the highest ranking member excluding the chief).
