Why do you believe that you deserve the rank?; I do not Believe I deserve the rank, I believe I have earned it for the reasons below: Determination: I feel I have proven my determination in constantly taking tickets and providing assistance to the lower staff whenever they have questions helping them to the fullest of my ability. Activity: I feel I have proven that I am an active player on the community as I am on almost everyday for hours at a time and even Trustworthiness: I feel I have proven my trustworthiness by both ranking up in staff to the rank of Senior Moderator, and by holding a VCMDR Position and now a MAJ position I have proven that I can be trusted to lead troopers and to complete OOC Staff Issues along with being a GMII I have never gotten striked in any of my battalions or in GM/Staff. Dedication: I have spent 3-4 months in staff and I have worked hard everyday for my position and I will continue to put in the work to rise in the ranks and to help the community in every way possible 15. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? If I am handling the MRDM Sit and they are being nothing but belligerent cursing talking over me i will verbally warn them to stop and if they continue I will gag them and proceed to count up the counts of RDM/ARDM and tally up how many days [5 days per 4 count] and either ban them for the full extent or put in a ban request if it extends my allowed time.
