Honestly i love SCP RP a fucking lot and there are a lot of very interesting people i have met. I am not saying goodbye forever, just "Auf wiedersehen" which means till i see you again, and i do plan on coming back. Right now my attention is focused on wow and work and my friends and family, and i do not want to disappoint yall by failing to keep up my requirements for command and such. Ill just come back when i have more free time again and work my way back up in research and security. Name: Maverick Length: about 7 days. 5/11/2023-5/18/2023 Reason: World of Warcraft Path 10.1 dropped with new m+ season so i want to spend time with my so called friends and play wow for a bit after burning 800 hours into scp server almost nonstop in the last 2 months. What are you suggesting? - Re add all the mining rocks back to d block except the anomalous one. Readd all Mining rocks to surface area including at least 2 spots for anomalous ore, 1 in water somewhere and 1 on surface that adds risk but great reward. Add like 6-10 trash piles for plastic and scrap harvesting How would this change better the server? - This would give D class another avenue of money and materials to crafting. You guys already readded the crafting bench and npc(which doesnt work by the way) but we cant use the bench if we dont have access to materials. I think the iron bronze ruby diamond and plastic and scrap piles should at least come back to d block with all the rocks being on the far rocky wall on the left side. Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - No. It would give D class something to mine and work for, it would make the scavenger and mining job useful again and if people craft weapons, itll give security more usefulness again. Who would this change mostly benefit? - GenSec and class D Personnel. the General population of who plays class D and GENsec which is a lot of people. and it would get people to stop bickering to SMT about not having enough to do or at the very least lessen it greatly. Test idea(s) - 17/20: I liked the IDEA, sort of a niche take and seemed out of the box sort of. Grammar - 20/20: I saw zero spelling error or grammar issues. Very well done. Presentation/format - 20/20: Oh god i love when people go super in depth with like the user log in password and all that good stuff. More please moreeee. Quality/length - 18/20: I thoroughly enjoyed it, damn near perfect if i had to say. Lore Knowledge- 10/20: You didn't give a lot of background information for those less informed on the subjects themselves, but you did give information on his abilities. Overall : 85/100 Grade is a B. See me ingame for 100k ingame money for a job well done.

It just needs a polish and proper alignment and i think you'll be golden. Quality/length - 20/20: I was glued to the screen watching and reading the document the entire time. Fascinating stuff. I look forward to more writings in the future my friend. Lore Knowledge- 18/20: One of the better lore sections than a lot of other test logs. Overall : 90/100 An A- is still fantastic. Why do you believe you should be in Research Command?(150 word requirement): Currently Research is looking for more command members and people to encorage to roleplay more and do more tests. I think i am that person who can encourage more roleplay, more tests and work with security more as well. I am a current member of Security Ncos as well and am a very active individual. I personally fucking love mass tests and love working with the research people that we have right now and am willing to dedicated my time to research and security as a whole. I think i would be a great benefit to the team and I would enjoy nothing more than an opportunity in command to further not only my own goals, but the goals of research of the SCP foundation and so on. I am a loyal hardworking guy, who will dedicated time to do the branch good and i know the current command members or at least some would be glad to work with me. What can you bring to the table that others can't? (100 word requirement): I would bring Discipline, Integrity, stability and a rigid sense of duty. I am a dedicated guy, and think i can inspire others to be so as well. I would also advocate for any changes to improve not only the research branch but also security as well. I think its important to be including security as they are part of our weekly meetings and foundation stuff. WE rely on them so its important to keep working well with them. As far as research goes in the real world, i excelled pretty nicely in science classes in middle and high school and were among my favorite classes growing up. These days i am interested in history and science to a degree but unfortunately not enrolled in school. I am considering an enrollment in favor of Biology and chemistry but that's to be determined soon. What would you do to better Research and increase activity? (100 word requirement): Research is in a very weird spot right now with its recent command resignations and activity drop. The thing is we have to remember, this is a video game and people like to be rewarded very well for their actions ingame. I think we need to offer substantially increased money rewards, perform more mass tests, maybe do an overhaul of all jobs and outfit them with exciting tools. One of the things that attracts playuers because they look at loadouts first is what does the job have for weapons and utility. I think Junior Researchers and Associate researchers should be mentored by Experienced Researchers+ so that not only are the new guys getting recognized for hard work but the more experienced ones are also getting recognition for showing them how we do it. Sort of like a merit base system without forms and it could help with keeping constant communication between lower guys and command. Communication is pretty good now but we could always do better and refine it.

Plot: an unknown group has learned of the SCP foundation through one of the rich people who donates his millions to keep the foundation afloat. the Rich person in question has decided to hire this unknown group of people(Militaristic in nature of course) to capture a few SCPs for his personal collection. The rich person supplies them with a very convincing level 4 key card that gives them access to most of the facility and gets them uniforms to infiltrate and also a cover story something about an illegal transfer of SCP 173 from Site 13 to Site 19. Foundation personnel should confirm the transfer before letting it happen or get away which will inevitably start a massive firefight. The foundation could eliminate or capture the militant group, interrogate and torture for information and release the identity of the rich person who we will call Mr Farquad. Event could last half an hour to hour and half depending on player led RP. I would outfit the militant group with 416s and cuffs and 1 or 2 level 4 "fake" cards. and False Identifiers. ( If we had an event server we could do an Capture and interrogate mission with MTF.)

I honestly had a lot of fun doing so, working with people on there while handling sits alongside them. I found the Gaminglight has a unique perspective on how to handle sits and the myriad number of ways y'all go about it. I've dealt with some of the staff on scp in my many sits and i've found yall very patient and tolerant and swift in your handling of situations. I want to be a part of the team that actively practices that while also being swift and concise myself. I think that i could bring that to the team and more, as ive got the leadership experience already, maybe I could bring more to the table for everyone to utilize at any given point. If they leave mid sit, add on LTAP to the list of reasons of the ban and increase time accordingly. Q2: You are involved in a staff sit that involves 5 different players. The players begin to get frustrated and the sit becomes very toxic and unproductive. What would you do in this situation?: If the sit becomes toxic and loud, i would immediately state in chat and voice, i will gag them if they do not calm down so that we can handle whatever problem is occuring. If they dont quiet down, id gag all, them have each of them explain thier side one at a time, then handle punishment/resolve it as needed. Sometimes we have to find a way to quiet the sit down and allow for the opportunity to give everyone a chance to speak their sides.

This is very disturbing to read. -Support During my up and coming to Agent Kallus i noticed several things about kio. While i cannot provide screenshots, i can only provide my word and experience. I have noticed Kio almost every single day do something here or and such a such and for the most people he was...Docile. Kio in my personal opinion is too quick to judge people and take action. He has never investigated something through his own volition, it was only ever if it was requested by fellow high command members or the like. Kio Talked down to members of the Navy and frequently yelled at them as well, though to be fair to kio there were few instances where it was deserved to restore discipline, but that was far and few in between. A part of the reason of me leaving was due to the state of high command and i couldn't help but view kio as one of the main problems. The main reason is im just not really interested in dealing with any of it and in all honesty, i viewed myself as the outsider due to my severe lack of experience compared to most others on the server. I made my concerns known to the necessary people and i left. Kio I hope you understand this is not me trying to attack you but this may seem like it is. It was next to impossible to have an actual conversation with you about these issues beyond "hi how are you" as that was all i ever got out of you.

Hi guys, Agent Kallus or Commander Mav here your favorite Security director(I hope) Ima be honest i burned out super fast. I don't really want to do the rp aspect anymore and dont want to rank transfer. I am resigning from Naval Security Director as Agent Kallus. Security is in a good spot with some decent people. I hope whoever gets it next continues those good working relationships with DT and Shock. Another reason for resigning IS WOTLK classic wow. I see myself playijng it for hours on end when home and dont want to make false promises. I will NOT be resigning from GM or staff as i believe i can be active enough to fullfill those requirements. youll still see me on the server just a little bit less. Instead of 200 hours per 2 weeks itll be like 80-100 maybe. I have so many things i want to do as staff and GM still. Thank you to those who made my time as kallus enjoyable.
