(100+ Words): I will not over-zealous myself or try to make myself stand out in any way as all applicant's as they all have a chance at becoming command. I would say that you would trust me because of how long I've been here for Nu-7 and how active I am around other community members. I am very respectful and very mindful about everyone in the community and I treat everyone the same no matter what rank they are. Everyone here is a fan of the SCP-Universe and we are all a community of good friends and family. Everyone here is equal and I intend to enforce that and hopefully inspire others to also accept that we are all a family in one way or another. I believe in a leadership that also speaks out for those who are undermined and those who are not taken seriously enough and those who aren't that talkative or are shy to share and give their ideas. I will stand up for them and try to be a advocate for them as they are also apart of our community. Why do you believe you deserve this position, and why do you want it? (125+ words): I wouldn't put that question to why I deserve it and why I want it. I would put it as how you would hold these responsibilities and why would you cherish them. I dont believe I deserve the position as I said as there is other candidates out there who deserve this position. As a Captain on Delta-5, I feel I hold alot of responsibility already and it still holds true. I already know the feeling of trying to make a branch better and better as that's our goal. That is everyone's goal in command. How to make your branch enjoyable and also fun while also getting the experience of showing your capability of being a leader. It makes it a challenge but a rewarding one. It means something to be in a place where you can hold responsibility and also help out which is what I want to do. Help out as much as possible and try to make Nu-7 a safe-haven for all. That is what i cherish as a leader and as a person. I believe that everyone has a voice and something and I will be the person who will be a upstander for those who are afraid of speaking up for themselves Why do you feel that you are the best option for the rank you are applying for? (50+ Words): At Sergeant Major, I feel like I had have more time to be with my colleagues and talk to them every single day and establish friendships with one another. I feel like establishing a positive role and establishing yourself in general is really important for community and branch relations. SM is the perfect rank as well because others know who you are and what you are as a person. Scenarios You've organized squads for the people on at the time. You notice that a PFC is disrespecting others, in an extremely frustrated tone. What actions do you take?: I would see what the problem is first then to rather jump to a conclusion. I would see why that PFC is frustrated in the first place. Maybe because of miscommunication or maybe its because of someone blaming them for something. I would talk to both groups and other command members about the situation if it is serious enough. I'll try to calm both sides down and say how we work as a team. That we are the ones who are supposed to be a inspiration for future Nu-7 members to take the initiative and be as respectful as possible. You have a problem with someone in the branch, whether it be they are causing issues or are not listening to you. They have not done this or have been warned about this before. In your opinion, what would you do in this situation?: Well if they aren't listening to me or other command members of the branch. I would try to seek out other members of our community. Maybe someone who knows them and try to see why they arent listening. Maybe they have a hatred towards one command member or maybe they are just having a bad day depending on the situation. I would try to talk to them and see why and what they feel about us like that. I would try to de-escalate the situation and to re assure them that we are there to help them.
