(Officer activity is tracked by IC and HC.): I would say about maybe 3 - 5 hrs on and off depending on what day, it may decrease an bit as i go back into swing of college life. 5. What is your current sub-specialty?: Scout Sniper Vice Lead (Maroon), Hazmat Control Officer 6. Why do you want to become an IC Officer? (150+ Words): I wanted to become an IC Officer because this branch was in need of help within the terms of new command members and activity. IC as of now does remind me of Delta-5 back on SCPRP and how this branch resembles that same energy my people gave off when Delta-5 was thriving. Of course coming to this server from SCPRP was an big change for me in which things are run here and i do accept this change and continue to try and learn things here that were not present within SCPRP. When i first got the offer to Dual Command Rank Transfer, i was going to go to either IC or Purge and Jabronie said that IC was in need of help and i feel like i needed to answer the call and try to help the best way i can and hopefully help to the best of my ability and this is where i found that other connection within IC and Delta-5 is because of the times both branches needed help the most. This is where i found my connection and that bond between myself and IC since it does remind me of when i first started RP within SCPRP and when an branch needed help the most. I just felt like its my duty in an way to server the branches i love and support. I see you all and my branches in both IMPRP and SCPRP as family/brothers and will continue to give that support until it is my time to take an step back from RP in general. 7. Why should you be trusted to become an IC Officer? (100+ Words): I feel trust is built based on experience and dedication to one's branch and to the people around and this is something i can guarantee as an person and as someone with command experience in my own opinion. Of course now i have built rapport with those in command positions currently and got to know most of our members and became comfortable around them which in turn makes me show my true colors and my personality instead of shying myself away like i first did when i joined IMPRP for the first time. I feel like overtime trust is something that is earned and i feel like i still need to gain that trust with everyone in my opinion but i feel like actions speak more then just what i say here. Of course i am fairly new to the server in terms of long-term being here and dedicating my time to the branch!! However i feel like my past experience with commanding branches and my friendships/acquaintance's with those in IC now can build up people trusting in me within IC and an officer position. Of course i am not perfect when it comes to doing everything correctly within IMPRP but i feel if you give me enough time to plant my feet onto the ground and spend quality time on the server, i feel like my experience and trust will only grow from there 8. What advantage would you bring to IC by becoming an Officer (100+ Words)? I will not patronize myself to say that i am the best person ever for an officer position as there are others who have been at work so hard going up from PVT all the way to SFC/CSM to help IC as much as they can to their own abilities. Everyone has their own unique advantages and i have my own and to which my advantages should not overshadow those who are also applying to be an officer for IC. I feel like as an team alone we can bring alot of advantages to IC and without the CMD Team now, there wouldn't be the IC we know and love today. I can try and bring over my own abilities from commanding in SCPRP as i have had alot of experience within leading Delta-5 for more an Year and an Half being the acting Vice Commander for that time and being the current Commander for Delta-5 as well as bringing my experience from Alpha-1 as Concurrent COL for more than 4 Months. Of course i have been in an Commanding Position since 2021 when i was first promoted to Delta-5 Warrant Officer and have built up experience since however as i stated before there is alot of things here that are run differently and i am willing to re-learn and re-educate myself to be apart of the IMPRP Officer Team!!! Of course ill need help along the way and i am not afraid of asking for it and ik i will probably make mistakes my first time around, however i feel i will learn overtime what it means to be an officer on this server. 9. Thank you for the kind words about me... I have been recently tried to be tougher with those in and around the branch in general, but with that toughness comes love. Even though i struggle myself to see the fun in some moments and wanting every good outcome to come out of Delta-5 but it seems to make sharp turns at an moments notice, I will always love this branch and take care of it like it is my own. I have been here as VCMDR for an Year now and it has been one hell of an journey and throughout all of those hardships, i found solidarity and knowledge knowing that whatever comes your way, you just have to keep pushing forwards as i have been doing. I know some of you in Delta-5 may not see me on my job often but i am always around this community in other ways and i try my best to do what i need to do but to also find enjoyment into what i am doing. Delta-5 will always be an family to me no matter what hurdle's are thrown at us. I hope for myself that i can see my branch in an better place in the future and hope to see that SCPRP/ImperialRP/PoliceRP can make an comeback to what it was before, even if it seems like it has little chance, i still hold on to hope that we can be an welcoming community and be the on-lookers for those who want to try and RP in GMOD. Damn, i remember the fun times we had when i was on Salvus Unit and we would be doing research on Dimensional Teleportation under an new MTF called "Rift Runners" ofc this wasnt an real branch but it was more to get an sense of RP and to include others within the testing!!!! I still have all the Docs as well and i looked back about an week ago and saw all the cool shit we did. I will never forget the times we did and i hope to see you elsewhere. Damn its sad to see you go. You did alot for Delta-5 and hell at the end you passed all of us and became the best SA+ member anyone could ask for. I wish you luck in whatever you do and hopefully we can talk again.

In my honest opinion, I would be in the middle in this situation (+Support/-Support) Firstly, has she done stuff in the past that was correct or wasn't up to following the MOTD or other issues within branches, Yes and everyone does do something wrong at some point as I have made mistakes in the past and I own up to it, I believe she has improved over the few months on the server and I do agree that there is more she can approve upon generally. I think it would be fair to give her an chance at Trial Moderator as she will be watched by Admin+ or whoever takes care of Trial Mods with an careful and keen eye. I cannot give my own opinion about the whole "Your Mom" warning thingmajig since I wasn't there for this incident and only one person said something about this incident. Now if there was concrete evidence about this then I would switch my favor leaning towards more -Support but still in the middle road with +Support in the balance so she can improve tolerance to people calling out on stupid things like that but even then she could have improved from that incident depending on when the incident occurred, but since I have no idea what this event portrays and there is no evidence that did happen. I will be keeping my decision at the middle road. For the second part... controversy... am I missing on something, I feel like I'm the scarecrow from the wizard of oz and this feels like an set piece that was placed for an High School: The Musical Drama. Again I feel that controversy shouldn't deter people's idea's about an person unless there is concreate evidence that can make that controversy an truth. Hell, I don't even know what this controversy is about in the first place as there has been no context that I have heard of about this controversy between multiple people. The only thing I could see controversy stemming from is from what happened yesterday and the day before with events from one member to her as this has been dealt with respectively by SMT+ and Site Administration. All I can say is this as everyone that was involved with this event talked to the respective HCMD members, SA+, and SMT's and was resolved yesterday night and I side with what SMT's and SA+ have chosen to do about the situation as I believe that whatever they do or say is the final say and i can and will respect them at the end of the day. Again I will keep this here as an middle road answer as i want to maintain the integrity of what i do know from what I don't as I want to be fair for both parties here. (+Support/-Support)

You should at least know all the rules that you are with-held within the community under the guidelines of the MOTD and the Delta-5 SOP. You were both in CMD in Delta-5 and also an Senior Mod. You know you are held accountable by all actions within the server and on the job. We still hold you to highest regard as every action that is done on Delta-5 reflects back on us. I will say this must of took some time to get an idea for what you wanted. If you wanted to bring this up to us (D5 HCMD) you could have done that or made an suggestion on our branch suggestions channel. The recruitment process will **NOT** be changed as this will affect the flow of those who could possibly want to join Delta-5 if they don't wanna go through security or Nu-7. Even if they are branch hopping, they are allowed to try out branches they have the freedom to do so.
