How would this change better the server? - The way it is right now, it feels like a get out of a jail free card, I feel with this change it'll still be effective but not making it impossible to kill someone with it out. Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - Obviously it would not be as powerful as before, but I feel that with this change it can still be very useful. Who would this change mostly benefit? - I don't believe there is just one "area" that this change benefits. Please link any workshop content, screenshots, or anything that you think may be helpful to those who view this suggestion - I keep a stiff upper lip and I shoot, shoot, shoot from the hip I got a stiff upper lip, come on baby. If you were to take damage with it out, it would be rendered useless due to the fact that it slows you down, and you can't shoot back with it out so all the enemy needs to do is spray at you until the 40% damage bullets kill them.
