Reason: E-11 High command has been trying to rid of the Delta-4 Glow Stick model for a good while however we've denied a model change in the past. We're now looking towards going back towards the original model Delta-4 had in the beginning with some fixes & customization. The new model has had it's hitbox fixed from the original fridge sized hitbox to normal sized hitbox. Along with that we've added some stenciling updates to give them a personal SCP foundation touch by including STF stencil on the back, SCP rebranding on the side of the helmet, Delta-4 Stencil on the front, and a SCP logo on the shoulder guard to make them identifiable as a foundation asset. Along with those changes we've included helmet markings to make them identifiable as to what role they play. Images are available in the branch update google doc

New Content Proposal

 

[EXO] Death Trooper Scrambler | DT (1)

(Repurposing In Progress)

 With the use of this addon in game after reworking the audio files we plan to give this to Delta-4 to allow them to give callouts ingame to level 4+ personnel while keeping their voice redacted to level 3 and below. The addon allows the user to link to other players by typing /uplink to grant access to their voice and /delink to remove them from the secure local comms. When speaking in game users will simply hear audio files within the addon’s files which we plan to rework from death trooper noises to radio noises found within a different game to give them a bit of a mysterious touch

Model confliction on the one CC that is completely against coldsilvers.
-Support for model change.
-Support for coldsilver armor/hp changes
Don't like that a class would have 300 HP and a medkit. I feel if this change was to go through medkits should be removed and you need to get medical personnel to heal you. 
All the rest are good changes and I love the idea of the VCs so +support the rest.

- support  on D4  voice changer not needed at all you could use Voicemod  

-/+ support on D4 models  reason being confliction with a CI CC but the model looks pretty cool it's about time D4 get new models

Coldsilver Hunter was originally made with the coldsilver model to match the fact that it was one of them but was captured by ci and reprogrammed to hunt any Coldsilver. This was allowed by E11 High Command at the time. And at that time they both had both models, partly me being one of the people in that CC I don't see a problem with it but it is the decision of the new High Command.

I think this is just a waste of space, tbh. I mean, this seems unnecessary using 10 voice files for 3 pacific jobs. You can literally use Voice Mod or any type of voice modifiers.

Voice Scramblers are already being worked on rn according to coltable it's supposedly already going on D4 and E4. I simply added that section to explain what's going on with that. also even if we use voice modifiers 9 times out of 10 people will just explain that they can't understand you. I also don't see where .305 kb hurts anyone to download when stuff like the phase shift is 1.5mbs. This is one swep made for the purpose of RP to make D4 stand out a bit more.

(Responding to the quote underneath because for some reason quote movement is being buggy for me)
I'm aware of this one it's due to the original creator of D4 supposedly wanted to have a hunter faction and this was done intentionally in the past according to original D4 members back in my time they made made SMT aware that CS hunters would look the same & the only reason it got changed in the past wasn't due to similarity but due to the hitbox being terrible

BTW you guys should read the addon. If I'm reading it correctly this would be a system that allows certain jobs to hear CS but not others. Correct?

They can whitelist people they want to talk to and people they don't by looking at them and typing /uplink and /delink to unwhitelist

I'll draw it back to 250 hp and 150 armor. Our main standpoint on this is to make it so that in terms of combat this isn't some class that a CC can mimic in terms of resilience & how long they can stay in the field. I do acknowledge that this was going to be a hard  sell when my head for D-4 Came to me with such a drastic change. We're the furthest branch from a gate so I thought we should give it a try.
