Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? I wish to become a vice commander of this branch as I wish to help it grow in numbers as well as maintain current members. I feel the position of vice commander will help me with this task as I will be able to be more recognized by Inferno Squad allowing me to gather more community feedback on the battalion. To achieve this I will work closely with the current command team to ensure that Inferno Squadron's voices get heard and we work on the battalion in a positive way. Another reason why I am applying for the position of vice commander is so I can help the European Inferno Squad members as currently all of Inferno's command is North American. My primary reason for applying is to gain experience of being a vice commander, I may not have the previous experience that other applicants may have, but I feel I will perform exceptionally in this position and I would like to have it under my belt. This will not only help Inferno but also any other Battalion I choose to join in the future. The final reason that I wish to take the role of vice commander within Inferno Squad is I am very active in times when there are no other Inferno command. I feel this is important because It allows players who would not be put in the spotlight of command to get noticed and progress further within the battalion. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? I have a total of two weeks playtime and I first joined the server 8 months ago. 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The main purpose of command is to be the figurehead of any battalion. Command is constantly under the spotlight of their battalion meaning that people look up to them not only as role models but also for advice and teaching. Not only is their purpose to be a figurehead they are also the ones at the top of a battalion making decisions on what to do and who to advance. This is not a role to be taken lightly because any wrong decision or choice could lead to scrutiny of the battalion. Finally the role of command is to ensure the branch is running smoothly and that everyone is up to date on changes, the battalions SOP, and tryouts/trainings are getting done. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I believe I should be trusted as a commander as I not only am an active member of the community but I have also reached the rank of officer within Inferno as well as Stormtrooper Proving I am trusted within the community. Not only that but I also hold the rank of staff as well as gamemaster which shows I am trusted by the staff team. Finally, I feel I should be trusted because I have zero warns through all my playtime on the server. 7. How often can you be Online? : I can be online 2-7 hours a day, on Sundays this may be longer. 8. Do you have any Warnings? Tachanka Posted September 29, 2021 Share Posted September 29, 2021 +1 With Rice's activity being seemingly much higher than that of his fellow IF, as well as his constant dedication evident not only in his relentless recruitment but also, his performance on the field. Not only does Rice carry himself with respect and with a good attitude, but is much of an exception from what I normally see from Special Forces across many servers. For these reasons and more, Rice is more qualified than any other candidate for his position, and from my perception, wholeheartedly deserves to be well-paid for his hard work. He made everything clear to me as I was new to the squad, made sure to make time to answer my questions, and showed a lot of dedication. Rice is active, committed and dedicated, not just to IF but also to the community. I've seen him do great in the roles of GM and staff along with his fantastic IF performance that many in this application have already talked about.
