Not anymore, was able to leave it 7/10/21. Have you read the staff handbook? Yes. As well as I Agree to follow everything on the Staff Handbook. Timezone: EST Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (150 Word Minimum) The reason I think I should be picked for staff is because I have Experience with using ULX commands and Coding, dealing with people and Handling situations. I have a lot of experience dealing with RDM situations thanks to Staffing for a TTT server as well as dealing with toxic people. I have been a member of the community for at least 6 months give or take a few and I have gotten to know the community as well as I know the basic rules and have shown that by not breaking any and the proof being that I have 0 warnings. I have Experience with dealing with stressful Situations. I normally get on the server somewhere between 4:40 PM to 7 AM but it will be on random days now due to work. I can also calm down stressful situation when needed and I know when I can't handle something I can contact other staff to help. Q1: How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? Once bringing them to the Admin sit room I will tell them nicely to stop cursing at me but if they don't lessen I will gag them, I will check the Logs to see if they was the one who was RDMing and make sure I got the Video evidences too if there is any. Once having all the evidence or information from the logs that are needed I will explain to them what they did was agents the server rules, that they can't go around killing people, and if it was because they had a problem with something to take it up with a staff member not just go around RDMing people and Cussing at people is not a way to act, then I will explain to them that they will be getting punished and hope that their have a better attitude next time playing on the server. Then I will give them a Formal warning for Mass RDM and Staff Disrespect then request a higher ranking staff member to give the 5 Day ban to them. Q3: In your opinion, what is the best way to handle a situation involving a player that clearly does not care about the punishments they are receiving? I mean this depends on their attitude, like if they are laughing and goofing off I explain to them to be more careful with what they do. If they sound more annoyed/upset I will ask them to tell me why they did it or what they did and if needed talk to them over it. At the end give them their punishments and keep a close eye on them.
