3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch?

I’ve been a part of Purge since the first day I joined the server, and it’s made me the Officer I am today. Being apart of Purge has taught me many things, Like how to be a good Officer, Teammate, Leader, and friend. I’ve learned all that throughout my time in Purge and I want to give back to the battalion and it’s next generation of enlisted, NCO’s, and Officers.

I wish to give the future members of this battalion as many possibilities as it has for me and leave them with the knowledge and understanding to be able to handle certain situations and know what to do alongside being able to think of advantage points that can make the battle in their favor. I want to make them better than when they joined, I want to be the one that they go to when in need of advice or assistance, I want to be the one that they trust and aren’t afraid to speak their concerns or ideas to help the battalion further.

Being apart of Purge is a unique experience, working alongside IQ and learning to operate with them has taught me how to assign teams to certain areas under stress and when time is essential. I want to be an example on what to do, where to assign people, how to evenly distribute troops, when to stick to an area, who to lead certain strike teams, etc. I wish to be the one they think of when they need a plan, and use my ideas as a template to expand and fine tune into their own strategies in the future.

5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch?

The main purpose of a command member of the IQ branch is to keep the battalion running smoothly as well as to keep the battalion on good terms with the other branches. They keep everyone up to date on everything that happens within the battalion; they keep the roster updated, inform the troops about changes, and alert troops on upcoming activities and special events.

Purge command are in also in charge of hearing the voices of their troops and listening to their opinions and suggestions to make the battalion better and stronger; they are also in charge of maintaining a certain standard of personnel within the battalion and remove those who don't meet those standards, to make sure that future altercations don't occur. 

Purge command members are to:

-Be active

-Keep all documents Updated at all times

-Communicate with other command members

-Communicate with their troops

-Attend weekly meetings

-Train their troops

-Encourage activity

and

-Maintain Order within the battalion

6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? :

I believe you should trust me based on my devotion to the battalion and the branch as a whole. Like I previously stated, I've been apart of Purge since the first day I Joined the server, Jan 3rd 2021 and have been on and active ever since. I believe you should trust me because I know the battalion inside and out like the back of my hand and can handle situations concerning the battalion with ease.

A few reasons why I should be trusted:

Leadership

I have acquired leadership skills throughout my time in Purge and through my IRL experiences being the captains of 2 Football teams with 40+ people, as well as being the captain of my old high schools Basketball team of around 8-12 people. I also have experience leading small strike teams of around 4-6 people per team on other servers and games.

Respect

Respect is a big thing that I have been lucky to earn from my fellow peers from not only Purge but from the rest of the battalions within the other branches (Which I am very grateful) and I respect all of them to the highest degree imaginable, yes I do have fun and joke around with them because we both know it's in good faith as well as it's nothing serious. While I do have this mentality, I understand there's times where it is and isn't acceptable for those actions. However I follow on 1 rule that everyone knows, respect those who give you respect back, and if they don't show you respect, don't interact with them to avoid conflicts unless required.

Relations

I frequently interact and communicate with all troops within the branch, and have been fortunate enough to grow bonds and friendships with them. whether it's in TeamSpeak, in game, or discord, I socialize with them constantly as well as have conversations with them. I discuss with the other battalions frequently reports coming from them or if I see something that isn't right, taking my part in the battalion to eliminate any and all controversies between our battalions to keep everything running smooth and sound; I have gained their trust to inform them when their troops do something that isn't right and I trust them to do the same for me.

Work

In my time in Purge I have done a lot of trainings from electro weapons to full fledged combat scenarios, I have also done many tryouts in my early times as a NCO; with many of my trainees being NCO's and Officers now. I also have been working with other battalions to conduct activities such as sims and missions, I also deal with a lot of Purge and IQ reports and conflicts within and outside of the battalion, addressing them immediately and informing command A.S.A.P. if required. I plan to continue these and expand the horizon of actives I can do with the battalion; to focus on enhancing Purge's teamwork, spacing, placements, leadership skills, and all around morale.

These reasons along with many more are why I believe you should trust me with being apart of Purge command and have faith in me along my journey within the Purge battalion.
