(150 Word Minimum) I believe I deserve the rank because I have put off being a staff for some time till I thought I was ready and so I could know mostly everyone in the gaminglight community. I am a CPT in PD and I dealt with a lot of minges and people just not acting as they should so I've been able to deal with those situations involving PD to make the experience better. Now I want to help the whole PoliceRP community with people that have little to no regard for the rules. I have seen staff struggle sometimes when I'm on and they have multiple staff sits to deal with and I just feel like I need to do my part to this amazing community. Also, I want to be more involved with the community and help out new players that are first joining the server. Overall I want every person to get the best experience they possibly can every time they join the server. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would first try to calm them down to deescalate the situation. If that does not work and they continue to cuss I will mute them and explain to them what they did wrong and what will happen to them due to their actions.
