Firstly as I have been around for a while now and have the know how of dealing diffrent types of people and the best way to talk to them and deal with a situation with them and this also means I can get on well with others and be able to help everyone. Secondly I Play at UK Times Which Means I Can help out during the hours when other people can not get on and be able to help people at these times from people with no intent to Roleplay and be able to just help people that are curious and need general help with anything. Thirdly I am very good at working with people which means I will be able to work with the rest of staff and Communicate well with them and be able to get thing done quickly and well done what will also help this is that I know most of the people in Staff I will also be able to use my experience to help the staff as well. Finally I think I can overall bring experience maturity and good communication How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? You may not know him like I do, but you most likely would have atleast heard of him. If anything he is over qualified for Trial mod and should be given Mod straight away.
