(Can be any length) I believe I deserve the rank because, I've been on the staff team for a good amount of time and put a lot of effort into being on the staff by helping Staff interviews when they're being done, being active on the server, helping out other need staff members with anything they need help with. I also think I've learned a good balance between dedicating time in my RP and my Staff. I've also been apart of every staff team. I'm currently a Admin and Support 1, I used to be a GM V+. I think I've showed a lot of dedication and time into the staff team. I also don't plan on leaving the server anytime soon! I absolutely love GL and want to continue to help the community in anyway I can! How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would switch to my admin job if I wasn't already on it take the ticket and if the person who was report for MRDM is still shooting I would freeze them, then I would ask the person who made the report what happening while this is going on I would scroll through the logs seeing if the story matches, if the reportee is just yelling and cursing I would gag them. If the story matches up I would would let the Reportee know that they will be receiving a 5 day ban and a formal warning, I would give them the warn then ban them for 5 days.
