(150 Word Minimum) since i have previously have staffed for both GL and other server than i think that i have the experience for being a staff member. i also have no warns on police rp so i think i know how to behave myself. Although i do not have 25+ forum posts i think that i am pretty well known to be applying for this position. i have also almost 3 weeks on the server and over 2k hrs on gmod so i think im familiar with the stuff that happens and etc. and now that i have time to staff alot and be active i should be able to be on the server alot to do some things and be active. also the last time i was staff in GL i left on good terms and resigned since i did not have the time for it. i am also command in 2 depts and i think that i will be able to deal with toxic people etc and other situations How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? first i would gag them if they keep screaming then i would tell them whats gonna happen like a ban or etc. then jail them then get someone to ban them. 1 Former PD CPT | SWAT COMMANDER | SL SOTTO CAPPO USMS SA | Former UMC Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
