Fear Posted February 15, 2021 Share Posted February 15, 2021 (edited) What are you suggesting? - so my main idea here is to organize the job packs into a i guess MTF specialties division it would kind of work like utility. How would this change better the server? - it would give more purpose to buy these jobs as they would be more official and let you gain a rank within mtf other then unofficial ranks that don't mean anything. while yes i know mtf Nu7 uses theses jobs they already have donor jobs. this would open the door for more donor mtf jobs to be added giving people who wanna help the foundation or be mtf more reason to buy them, additionally if an mtf specialty isn't catching on or being used much they can always be converted into a different specialty in a job update. as the specialties would be 1-2 jobs they could have smaller ranking systems making them a bit more appealing rather then have PFC/SPC it could just be having PVT and CPL/LCPL and rather then 2LT or 1LT just LT CPT and MAJOR for officer ranks even then it doesn't have to be that it could be even less ranks its just one idea of how th ranks could work. this is just an idea to bring back in to have a 3rd MTF division with the potential to not only open the door for more donor jobs for more incentive to donate, but to have a division with a wide range of specialties and jobs. this is just an idea i had for bringing back a 3rd mtf division that would solve the issue of the 3rd mtf division becoming mingey (which is what happened to omi9 and A1) as if a specialty becomes mingey it can just be changed to something else. Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - it would be taking away these jobs unofficial stuff about these jobs and mean Nu7 cant use them as just Nu7 anymore although Nu7 already have 2 donor jobs, this may cause some people with MTF custom jobs to try and make there job a MTF speciality which it has been stated before that custom jobs that are MTF arnt official MTF and cant become official MTF so they would not be able to make there job a official MTF speciality. Who would this change mostly benefit? - Donors who are pro foundation and dont wanna just be E11 or unofficial MTF (yes i know they are already MTF but not with a official rank structure or ability to go up the ranks) Please link any workshop content, screenshots, or anything that you think may be helpful to those who view this suggestion - this is more of a idea that would change things administratively and not really affect the jobs so no need to put anything here Edited February 15, 2021 by Fear Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If people wanna be in a branch with a CoC and etc they should just join a MTF branch, not a $15 donator job bundle. Would need a whole new list of rules and systems that is too much to deal with as a whole. There would be little to no way to properly train them, and no specifications on their duties is what people like about those jobs.
