Why do you think this warn was false:
I think this warn was false because the person that got me warned had been ramming me with a car. I told him that if he kept doing this I was going to kill him. He then decides to run into me again and my family all while talking about "how much of a loser I am" because I spent money on this server. I told him multiple times that I would kill him if he kept doing this and he continued to do this. During the sit the admin said that I was required to get warned because the player wanted me warned, and that is false. The admin claimed that he didn't have any say in it which is also false.

Player was dissing the server and quaked. I understand this doesn't make it ok to RDM but no player deserves to be harassed.

I believe with this player putting his life in danger. quaked warning said player then the player dissing him and the sever quaked was in the right here.

Right after this I saw the player that got him warned gloating about it and rubbing it in his face.

Fist off, I didn't mean I was "required to warn you", I just asked if the reporter wanted you warned, and he said yes, so I did it. So, I have done a lot of sits since then so I don't remember what happened too much, but what I remember is that you shot them without adverting any warns, which I think would be mandatory, because I have heard a lot of other staff say that they need to advert the warns, which if a high ranking staff corrects me on, I will change it from a -support to a +support. Sure, you did tell him that you would kill him if he kept ramming you, so he should have left by then, but as I said before, I think you should still advert it. Also, the person that did report you was player dissing you, but I wasn't sure you were offended or not so you should have made a separate report for that, though I admit I should have talked to you about that.
