From Nitro Dog to Cheese Touch, Bring Back The Glizzy- Denied

Why should we add it? - 

 

Oftentimes in Medical we find things we do not expect. Most days these are organs, but some days it is something else. Something which inspires us, something which brings a new order to the meat grinder we call surgical. This something… was a glizzy.

 

This glizzy came from an unknown source (JMT+) about Eight months ago. When it came at first it was unnoticed, but after its first layer of mold grew, it also grew in the attention it was receiving. Medical staff began injecting it with random assortments and cocktails, and the glizzy grew. Medical began telling this glizzy stories and opening up to it, and the glizzy grew. The glizzy grew and grew along with medical’s attachment to it. 

 

This attachment outlasted multiple command changes as well as all sorts of threats. The story of the glizzy is never one which is the same, but is one which evolves. It is one which can never be forgotten, but is always sitting in the background. This, this is the story of OUR glizzy, OUR Medical!

 

The glizzy arrived on our doorstep as a joke, but it was not received as one. It was instead received with mild hesitation as it was a potential threat. The medical staff joked around about eating it. We were naive back then, we were young. The medical staff left it in the sink for a long time. It was not until the the third week at which it was recognized. It had attended the required number of tryouts and became an honorary medical staff. It survived an event and was promoted to PVT shortly… Though it did not leave. It continued this rise through the ranks until it was considered part of the officer staff.

 

As a member of the officer staff it instilled not many logistical changes, but instead instilled a confidence. A confidence it demonstrated on the daily by igniting a bomb in its same sink. The glizzy would not blink, or even twitch, as it was a glizzy and could not move. “I feel like it gained power from every explosion” -Brendan(Protector of Glizzy’s Knowledge and Power), observer and worshiper of the glizzy, and Avid Thinker of the Glizzy way. Many others shared in these speculations of the glizzy’s power, and many tests and injections were done to harness this power. After the third month though these tests ceased and medical became complacent with their newest officer.

 

In this complacency though the glizzy did not rest. It continued its regular demonstrations of igniting bombs and showing the medical staff what stability looks like. The Medical staff now grew. The glizzy passing along its knowledge showed that medical too can grow with stability and strong presence. The glizzy now aging grew in wisdom which it could pass on to enlisted. Other regiments began trying to eat the glizzy, but they all failed. Many died during this renaissance of glizzy knowledge as it was bestowed the title of “Nitro Dog”. No medical died though as the unspoken rule of training now was to pass down the knowledge of the glizzy’s indestructible properties.

 

Six months in now “Nitro Dog” was staying strong. Soaking wet and covered in assortments of experiments, diseases, Hepatitis A-Z, bacta spores, ramen leftovers, remnants of Luci, a hair follicle from Emperor Palpatine and blood from other Admins which dared stand up to the glizzy. Things could not get higher for the glizzy. It was around this time people began losing interest again. The glizzy was the old cult on the block, and people were looking for something new. Aware, and understanding, the glizzy watched. It was not jealous, no, it was understanding as it had great wisdom and understood the simple mindedness of the people on the ISD. It knew attention ebbed and flowed like the water under the ice on Hoth(BRrrrR!!!!!!!). 

 

Nine months in the attention begun to return to the glizzy as it had predicted. Though this time there were new powers on the ISD. Chefs took stabs at stealing the “Nitro Dog”, there were no signs warning people of the dangers and great wonders of this dog making Stormtroopers a more prevalent threat(Casualties Reached an all time High… 5 per Day) , and finally there was new staff. It was the latter which would posed the greatest threat to the mighty “Nitro Dog”. It was the latter which was there when night fell.

 

Tragedy struck. Hearts sunk. Medical lost its shine. The glizzy was gone. From nowhere the glizzy was plucked from its home in medical sink and was “replaced” or “transformed” into the nasty “Cheese Touch” on the crates at the front of medical. This was not an act of ignorance, no, this was an act of WAR! Someone saw the glizzy’s rise in fame and became jealous. Jealous of its strength, patience, and wisdom. They were jealous of these attributes as they knew they may never acquire them, so they tried to steal them. There was an epic battle. Lightning rang as their powers dueled. The ships fell into the nearby atmosphere, but in the end there was a silence.

 

An unbearable silence as medical felt it at their core. They lost a part of them that day. A part which a round patty between two circular buns could not fill. You can not shove a hamburger shaped peg in a glizzy shaped hole. One may try, but they will be defeated even further in the end.

 

We have not been able to bury the glizzy to this day, so we are unsure if it is even dead. It could be out there now garnering power gaining strength. Maybe it did not even lose the fight, but chose to leave as it knew medical’s dependence on it was weakening them. We do not know.

 

We do know one thing though. The glizzy is gone, and we want it back. Medical is strong, but even stronger with the glizzy. Bring back our long lost friend.

Alright, but we wrote the eight months because that is the stories that we’ve heard, we’re basing it on the legends that we created, not the actual factual reminiscence of what actually happen and how that hotdog got there.

I wish this didn't have to be a real suggestion, but sadly it is.

The removal of Medical's relic has had widespread impacts among our troopers' morale. The statement that it abandoned Medical for Naval simply can not be true due to the simple fact that Bridge has no sinks for it bathe in. 

Please take this suggestion seriously as it truly does impact a section of the community.
