(In Game Name) : Shock IAD EJTAA LTCOL Emma 1964 2. What Regiment are you applying for? Shock Security Corps 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? I wish to become a Vice-Commander of Shock in order to take up a larger leadership role within shock. I wish to help lead our Officers, NCO’s, and enlisted to form the best shock that we can. Aswell I wish to update our roster, documents and many other things to make them better for the battalion. With my 8+ hours/day activity I feel that I can be a very active Vice Commander in order to lead shock back to an active state, troopers tend to be on when a VCMDR / CMDR is on, so I can try to bring back a lot of activity. With Vibez resignation I wish to assist cone with leading the battalion and his journey to commander.(rip vibez, you will be missed). Somethings I wish to change is the current Sub-Battalion Structure making them more coherent with each other; as well as changing the overseer position in shock to only be the 4th in command instead of every COL. Another thing I would like to accomplish is updating our many documents; Improving upon our Tryout(s) to make them more fit for what they serve(i.e. removing trigger discipline from internal affairs tryout etc). I also feel our SOP could use an update and that is another thing i wish to do. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? 5+ Weeks 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The main purpose of a commander is to lead their battalion, perform the administrative tasks such as roster-updates, help the officers succeed in their duties of leading the NCOs/Enlisted, Give promotions to those who are needing it, Be a role model for the enlisted/NCO/Officers to follow. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I feel I can be trusted in a position of vice-commander due to my daily dedication to the server, spending 8+ hours a day on here, all of that on shock working for the battalion to be its best, as well as I have been trusted to be Admin/Game Master V. As an officer I have received 0 strikes and have never had any issues with trustworthiness. 7. How often can you be Online? : 8+ Hours/Day 8. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?) : I have received 0 warnings on ImperialRP, however I have 11 warnings that are 2 years old from MillRP / PoliceRP. I have however changed from how I used to be 2 years ago and have never had issues on imperialRP.
