Dispute: Hello. Thank you if your ok with me if I do this wrong, It's my first time in a long time on this website and its also late at night for me. I would like to appeal for an unban so I can play. I was banned for just having too many warns. Most of the things I got punished for was acceptable from my memory. If you look into my warn/ban history, it looks pretty bad, but, It was a long time ago from my memory. I don't remember much about the bans, last time I played was almost about a year ago but I could be wrong.  Over time, I had changed and had gotten into different games and things.  I don't really do mingey stuff all that more. I kinda just wanna play in the server to check it out. I know it might seem like im lying for some reason but I am really not. I just don't "minge" or whatever anymore. I haven't even play gmod for like 5 months even with the free time. if you decide to unban me, i will be very greatfull and will not let you down. Other than that, im not sure what else to say to convince you so ima just go now. thanks for reading -meatbeatelite

I know this is Rookie’s job, sorry sir, but I’m gonna steal it and post your warns. You have 27 warns and have clearly shown no intent to RP. I don’t believe you deserve to be unbanned. The biggest shock to me is that you have 2 separate warns for supporting Hitler and even more for racism. (See list of warns below).

I honestly think if you get unbanned, you will just come back and commit the same actions. This is a no from me due to many severe warns.

Also to note very extensive history of NCWS. May not have been warned, but you repeated the same actions over and over again, even being formally warned the first time.

those 2 hitler warn were one of the most pathetic warns i had ever gotten. i did a glitch where it messed up my player model and made my right arm go up. as a joke, I simply said hail hitler(literally other people were also saying that to my memory). for that, i got warned 2 times. As for the racism, i forgot mostly but i think i got multiple warns for playing a racism song one time because other people were jokingly singing it. i was stupid back then i know

I don’t mean to start an argument, but those warns are 3 months apart. You didn’t get warned 2x for 1 action. If you’re saying that it happened again and you did it again and that’s how you got both warns then that’d be disgusting, sir.

You need to realized that this was mostly a year ago, in 2019. Yes, I did do stupid things back then but this just kinda feels like cancelling someone over a racist tweet from 2013. It kinda feels weird knowing that bad actions done by your past self is going to completely overpower good actions in the future  even if those actions are really good.

well sorry for not being correct. i did say that i didnt remember some stuff. in that case, i probably did the joke 2 times over the 3 months. simple as that. No im not going to just support hitler for no reason. and i also was not supporting hitler when doing the joke.

Did you read the whole entire comment? I think you are only focusing on "I got warned for supporting hitler" thing but not realizing that i dont in fact support hitler and was just joking because my player model made my right hand go up.

For the racism, I dont remember much except for playing a song through my mic. All I remember about that.

But the porn happened one time so i do remember. im going to be straight, It was like 1 am and i was tired and sleepy. And also I thought that all of the kids would pretty much be gone at this point so just randomly posted porn that I fapped to at the time just to share. Idk why. Yeah I guess it was a bad idea. 1.  You had 5 Racism Incident. Thats a Big Red Flag for a ban appeal to be fact even if you waited longed time 

2. From what RookieBlue Said honestly Shocked me. Dude. If you wanna talk about porn. talk it in private,  dont be speaking about it in public.

3.  Dozen Pack of Severe Warns not to mention alot of Warns that shows you MicSpamming. That just shows you're just not wanting to play but instead being a minge

That's just my Steam name. I see you are the owner of this server. Now I don't ever remember seeing you in the server and I don't think I have ever talked to you other than right now. You can see the things I have gotten warned for but there's a point I want to make. Most of the warns I have were more than a year ago. I got banned nearly at the beginning of this year for having to many warns which sounds bad but I have no other way of explaining it. I just ask for a second chance because I just don't do that stuff anymore.  It's not what I do. And to the people who thinks that I'm all of sudden going to ruin it for and rule break as soon as I get unbanned, It sucks that people are envisioning me today based on those warns in the past. All I ask for is a second chance. I can't to anything to remove the warn even if i could but have done something to change right now. I'm not immature like a year ago. I literally just want to play on this server.
