8. Do you promise to uphold your duties as a command member in leadership, mentoring, problem-solving, etc.?: Yes

9. Do you promise that you will listen and respect your lower / higher rankings?: Yes

10. Why do you want to become a senior command member? (150 WORDS+): I believe if I became SCMD I could further my ability to command. I have been a Captain for roughly 3 months now and have long seen what it takes to be takes to be a Major. I want to help mentor lower ranking command members while assisting my higher ups with anything they need handled.  I have shown extreme dedication and loyalty to this branch and want to see it go even further with the next generation of command members. I love inspiring Enlisted and NCO's on the field and have no problem letting lower ranks take command in certain situations. I believe my combat abilities to be very high tier as I have dealt with countless SCP breaches and major CI raids into LCZ preventing them from reaching D-Block.  I am able to be active multiple hours of the day for extended periods of time.  I am harsh but fair and just when it comes to punishments, I try to see all sides of the issue and then give my verdict while trying to remained as unbiased as possible. 

11. What would you do if a Security Officer was constantly leaving D Block?: Question him for his reason(usually I like to stay by the door so I can easily check officers hp for medbay visits) and either A: Tell him to flag onto D-class if he has to AFK. B: Scold and reprimand him for leaving without perms. C : Let him go with armory/medbay perms.

12. What would you do if an NCO kept on leaving d-block with terrible reasons?: Verbal warning for the first couple times, strike/demote if he continues.

13. What do you do if an E-11 private comes into d block and attempts to take command of all of the security?: First I would tell him to leave while trying to defuse the situation and depending on how the private acts after that would either A: call staff B: contact E-11 low command to take care of him.

14. Explain the process of promoting a corporal to sergeant in your own words: First I would congratulate him on becoming an NCO, next I'd inform him that he needs to create a forums account and is able to apply for command. I would give him a very brief rundown of the FTO program and tell him he may now apply. Lastly I would mention he may now call both partial and hands-up on Defcon 3, then finish up with the NCO guide, and the whitelist.

You may play more than a lot of people in low command, but that doesn't mean its a pass.  In my opinion, scrolling through logs. You don't promote enough as a low command should, I have never seen you host a PT or Off meeting, or much less speak at a meeting. You may know all the rules/ins and outs of our branch, but I don't think you put enough effort into the branch compared to some unnamed low command.  I am not discrediting the effort you have put in thus forth, but simply saying it does not beat expectations and what some other low command are already putting out.

(Bael I have known you longer than most of Security Command and Security in general. I'd like to think we are buds. It is because of this that I have to be honest with you, as I would hope you'd prefer honesty over being fake.)

Aside from not being on during my mentoring period as WO like.. at all, he’s a funny and great guy who takes his CMD position seriously. Like Ape mentioned I’d like to see you do more PTs and off meetings and if you want any help with either just ask, happy to help whenever

I seen him do a really good job as low command so yeah and for E11 private thing first ask why hes in d block. If he responds for scp let him get the dclass. If he says no reason then tell him to leave
