I have over 4k hours on gmod and 3/4 of that is from staffing alone. I am a retired manager/head admin of a community name Imperium Gaming, and have sense return to this community to help out again. What date did you start playing on the community? (roughly) I started playing this community back when Military RP was US vs Taliban, which was roughly 3 years ago/ What date did you make your forums account? March 23, 2016 Current rank on server (This is a ULX rank ONLY! Not a RP Rank)? VIP + How many warns do you have on the server? I have 1, but on the server it will say I have more but that was back when I played on the old military RP server and I guess it didn't reset. Have you donated? (150 Word Minimum) I believe I deserve Trial Mod because I fell as if I'm most skilled with ULX and being staff all together. I see myself become very well known again in the community and believe my status will stay positive and very well liked. I take a very precious approach on sits, as rushing the sit ruins the point of being staff and results and false warns, kicks, and bans. Being staff means you are obligated to be trusted with these powers and to not break them at all. The reason i believe I should be staff and deserve my rank is I Think that it's really important to understand how everybody feels, and a-lot of the Admins i see, Don't really think that way. They don't really try to hard at their job, Although there are a couple that really do their job well. I Think that A little bit of change is necessary. Another reason I would like to join the staff is sometimes I notice staff getting overwhelmed when there's too many players asking for things at once, and I really wan't to help. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would gag them, also if they start spamming curse words in chat I would then mute them, and then I would contact one of my higher ups to come to me to fully deal with the situation as trial mods can't ban. Also your application could use a bit more effort especially at Q14 and Q15. Other than all that, I think you deserve a chance at being staff on our community. Good Luck!
