(150 Word Minimum) I believe I deserve Trial Mod because I fell as if I'm most skilled with ULX and being staff all together. I see myself become very well known again in the community and believe my status will stay positive and very well liked. I take a very precious approach on sits, as rushing the sit ruins the point of being staff and results and false warns, kicks, and bans. Being staff means you are obligated to be trusted with these powers and to not break them at all. The reason i believe I should be staff and deserve my rank is I Think that it's really important to understand how everybody feels, and a-lot of the Admins i see, Don't really think that way. They don't really try to hard at their job, Although there are a couple that really do their job well. I Think that A little bit of change is necessary. Another reason I would like to join the staff is sometimes I notice staff getting overwhelmed when there's too many players asking for things at once, and I really wan't to help. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would gag them, also if they start spamming curse words in chat I would then mute them, and then I would contact one of my higher ups to come to me to fully deal with the situation as trial mods can't ban.
