Refused to get on when we were under ratio, had to call at least 5 times for them to get on, Walter refused because he claimed he was doing a money silo even though I said Staff comes first. At one point Josh was Forced on because none of the other Staff would get on, thankfully we had some staff who did get on and were able to replace Josh. I'd like to thank Corbin and Tommy Turner for staying on for so long. Providing justice and fun to the Members of PoliceRP is my number one priority. ALWAYS.. You signed up to do it and you stayed, so when you're asked to fix the ratio, you get on duty the first time you're asked. This is unacceptable. I'm honestly disappointed with the staff mentioned above who did not get on duty. Also, how often has anyone, and I mean ANYONE seen Vodnik ever on duty or on the forums commenting on apps or even on the forums in general? I never do. I never see him get on duty. Ever. Just Johnathen Posted June 21, 2018 Share Posted June 21, 2018 Issue is after the staff meeting like 3-4 hours after I was on staff for 4 hours and still going it dropped to just me being on staff for 80 players. I did a admintellall as I was getting frustrated 3 minutes went by I was shouting in ooc then did admintellall still nothing. Nolan and all the superadmins were on and nothing I went to nolan and he said he was fixing it. One person went on still waiting for it to be fixed it was fluxuating with admin calls and there was a point there was 5 admin calls 2lnly claimed, I was very disappointed still waiting that I was like a super admin better get on or imma lose my shit. Out of all the super admins it’s vinny that comes on only vinny. I’m disappointed to the fact of the only one came on, I am thankful for vinny but a bit frustrated of the wait. The moral of this story why does it need to take that long. I so wanted to report every staff to make it on the record but why should I need to do do that why does this need to happen. Why does other staff need to do this aswell management needs to be more hard on the staff. I’ve been on staff more then being on my own department rank recently. So it shows the fact on how we as staff need to force staff on. End of rant but still no excuses need to be made get the **** on staff and stop making excuses. One thing is we aren’t meant to if there is a manager on or a superadmin. They are management and I’ve been told in numerous staff meetings that let management deal with it so I teleported to nolan and I was like nolan can you fix the ration nobody is getting on. Its like me waking a fellow worker up, serving them breakfast and forcefully driving them to work. It causes problems and isn't how things should go.
