Staff being able to see their own staff hours

What you want to see? - staff being able to see their own staff hours

Why should we add it? - so staff know when they need to be on duty more or risk a demotion

What are the advantages of having this? - more staff will get on duty when they know their staff hours is way too low

Who is it mainly for? - staff

It’s like this:

If you are just staffing to make sure your staff hours are high enough to prevent your self from being demoted you are not doing your job correctly. You should be staffing all the time not just when your staff hours need it the most. I mean seriously SMT is not going to do this because of the simple fact of if they let us view our staff hours no one would be active on staff and everyone would just be doing the very bare minimum to keep them selves from being demoted.

Ryan if you see your staff time your still not gonna get on staff.

Also the whole point of you not knowing your hours is to keep active and be on staff.

I feel like this suggestion was only made to gauge the possibility of punishment for the individual who hasn't staffed much at all.

Lets be honest why would we want to look at our hours I for one know im active as other staff do. It's funny cause the only people whoever feel the need to be on staff are inactive. :/ hmm what a coincidence.

those inactive staff would suddenly become more active if they knew they were going to be demoted if they didnt do staffing more

those inactive staff who are hardly ever on duty shouldn't be motivated to do their job by threats of demotion. That frankly is a disgusting thought.

think of this. The competition to get the most staff hours is going to be amazingly helpful for the efforts to increase staff meeting ratio.

If you went to staff meeting you would have known that Nolan said NO to this Saturday.
