I am interested in becoming the Vice Commander of the Inquisitorius because I believe I have demonstrated the leadership abilities and knowledge necessary for taking on an important leadership role. I have shown a strong understanding of our SOP/CoC and am eager to take on a leadership role. As Vice Commander, I could help oversee key functions like recruitment, training, enforcing SOP, and promoting IQ/Purge across all time zones. My consistent activity and availability during late night hours allow me to promote people who really put effort into IQ/Purge to get the regiment way more active than before. The main purpose of being a commander is to manage and oversee branch operations to ensure SOP/CoC is being followed to ensure activities of our branch to ensure the branch is executing on the rail. A Commander should focus on recruiting and developing competent NCOs and officers to build an effective leadership team within the branch. With experienced and mature officers and NCOs's support, the branch will be far more successful and active than before. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : Trust is earned over time. I believe I have exhibited officer qualities during the time I have been on the server. I have joined IQ since I play on this server, find the Inquisitorius interesting, and want to explore this regiment. As an NCO/Officer, I hosted tons of sims/tryouts/training almost every day for both Purge and IQ, I am also very active no matter on IQ/Purge or on the server. Moreover, when the time I have been an officer, during events I have being ground command few times and consistently showed good judgment and leadership abilities in situations, this shows my responsibility and good at decision making.
