  1. What do you want to see?: I am unsure if this is possible, but it would be nice to be able to organize crafting inventory Why should we add it?: Currently, it is sorted by crafted order. That doesn't sound bad at first until you craft a bunch of random stuff and can't really move things around in the future and how it doesn't work really with normal inventory. I find it really annoying to scroll past rocket ammo, ARC-170s, AT-RTs and other random stuff just to see AHA! bacta nades. What are the advantages of having this?: Being able to find things in the crafting inventory and sort it the way I want to without scrolling around to find what I frequently use. Who is it mainly for?: Crim jobs/civilian jobs (technically imperials that craft) Links to any content: N/A Criticism 1: Just craft the order you want to use stuff headass - How can you predict when you need to craft certain items in what order? Sounds great until you have a giant inventory Criticism 2: Just craft a few things you use in a set pattern and do that repeatedly - Okay what if I need more rocket ammo, more ARC-170s than usual recently and messes up my order Criticism 3: Just use what you need or craft on a needs basis - What's the point of a crafting inventory, if you can't store organize or use it the way it was meant to be? I am unsure if the add-on was made that way, so fair enough if you guys can't change it, but thought the idea would be out there.
  2. + Support Real! It's nothing too big, but nice to have so we can clear out our inventory for spice refining while still keeping our weapons somewhere else for future raids. I'm surprised it wasn't added when we came back on the ISD.
  3. What is your In-Game name?: John Wick What is your SteamID?: STEAM_0:0:231460096 What is your rank?: Soldier I How long have you been in the Pyke Syndicate?: More than half a year | Henchmen II SR as a senior commander then became an overseer along with frequent usage of HC reserves on Pyke to do shenanigans. Recently came back from retirement 2 weeks ago. What leadership experience do you have?: I was maybe a higherest af ong fr no cap admiral that helped Pyke a lot culturally despite not being the actual criminal high command. I have some experience in documents, management of command teams, along with overall direction of the branch. Chaos Insurgency Sergeant Major: A seasoned raid leader of the OPFOR against the foundation, freeing SCPs, selling drugs, kidnapping ops, and folding all Foundation forces. I was part of Praxedes Fist: Apollo, the precursor idea of Sentinels before Saboteur existed. Apollo was a robotic unit that had good ranged weaponry along with a decent weapon for CQB, but its specialties were conducting ambushes ahead or away from the main raid party. This was what I originally was telling Frost about when he was making the idea. Sabo was a fusion between EOI, E4, and Apollo. EOI = Disguise "Special," Operations. E4 = Redacted foldy oppy, funny name, strict rules, true op folder to join. Apollo = reconnaissance, guarding, not as redacted, able to speak, skirmisher unit Mobile Task Force (MTF) Nu-7 "Hammer Down" SSGT: As opposed to my sabo name, I was not a part of E-11, but rather Nu-7 (I didn't want to donate ngl). I was a corpsman in the MTF to secure, contain, and protect the SCPs in the facility against the Opposition of the Chaos Insurgency and the SCPs. I lead the construction of checkpoints and made sure to help lead patrols around the facility to find and fold the heretic CI. Brother of Silver Templar Chapter, an Ultramarine Successor Chapter, 8th Battle Company, Vanguard Infiltrator. I have enough studs and merits to do my veteran trials and I will aim to be a Vanguard suppressor, clad in Gravis-Phobos armor, an accelerator autocannon, and a jetpack. I lead my fellow vanguard astartes in missions against the xenos, the mutant, and the heretic. I protect Neophytes and lead the Auxilia Guardsmen to fight for the Imperium of Man. DT Commander "TP9": I guess like I was at a commander role one time and like there were like 40 members that were active and folded ops. I had officers and NCOs that did quotas and trainings. I may have taught life lessons to some troopers. Nothing too crazy really. STRM Lead "Whiskey": I guess I was like a leader of Storm Commandos long ago and there were a few op folders there that were lit. I didn't know much at the time, but I learnt quite a bit and was trying to learn how to teach and explain tactics. Led a squad of light infantry to conduct small unit tactics irl. For proof, read the Fleet Intelligence Handbook. It involves serious RP from real OPORD planning, patroling, battle drills, and TLPs. I mean I was like an experienced member of a SWAT thing on VrChat. Nothing too crazy. I was leading a squad in CQB and taught in combat scenarios in VR. Super Admin I guess. Maybe like help some admins and moderators at one point or smthn. Assistant Head GM, I also just remembered. Nothing too crazy. I just made some quota and funny events and made sure ppl did them. Why do you want to be a Pyke Officer? (100 word minimum): I want to lead more of my brethren to fold the ops even further beyond! Operation Blicky will often be in effect under my leadership. I will bring a new age of Pyke as I return to take what is rightfully mine! I have spent many continential coins after being abruptly forced out of retirement. 2 weeks ago, people asked me if I was back. I didn't really have an answer at the time. But yeah, I'M THINKING I'M BACK! I left the server, not wanting anything to do with GL and especially Pyke as I was a Pyke in the past for a long time. I came back to playing around in the server as an ST, thinking about where to join based on what I was seeing as a reborn ST. I remember how IQ and Army exploded in growth compared to Naval battalions. The two in my heart are always the Naval Branches and Pyke, but I don't want to deal with a naval branch any time soon. People always join the server to join their favorite former clone faction that aged into imperial era, weird glowstick mages, and weird voidsman RP, but I have a different idea for RP. The eternal servitude of the folder of the ops of the server. I weirdly like to join battalions that are looked down upon by other players and proving ops wrong. I remember the disrespect I lived through as a stormtrooper and that was the same when I started Pyke. Pyke, at any moment can explode and die in a ball of fire and no one would care! I remember this feeling so many months ago when Pyke was in the process of potentially being a donator crim job and not even a battalion. Something needed to change! The old Pyke idea was to be a toxic elite op of folding and restricted numbers. Akin to DT or something like that. It probably worked back then when GL was sweaty af, but now, the only ppl play are Star Wars nerds or random adults trying to chill! Pyke needed a change! So, I decided to make all schizo meme moments into a reality once I got into a position of influence in Pyke. I made sure people got promoted, did funny raids, had great chilling sessions, and mad meme grinds! The experience changed me a lot! I thought about being a governor even, but I wasn't sure what Deer would do to naval branches if given the opportunity. So, I went back to being naval high command for a few months. I remember Jabronie mentioning at a command meeting that "Recently, the server has been a chatting place similar to VrChat, due to a lack of RP. This is a RP server, and we join for RP." At that moment, I knew something was wrong. I did not get on to RP or have fun. I got on for the sake of getting on and hanging for the sake of hanging out. I was sprung into the position of senior commander and felt like I had to fulfil my role. I felt like I was getting hours for the sake of getting hours! I felt horrible! After my time away, I thought about what I found fun in and the friends I had and joined Pyke once more! I'm here this time for fun! Pyke is not work for me! It is not bruh quota! It is the most fun I could ever have! I don't understand why would anyone not join Pyke! The breaker of immersion, the destroyer of RP, and the folder of ops! Be Pyke or Die! Also, GIVE ME YOUR YEEZYS! Why should you be trusted with this rank? (100 word minimum): I was maybe a senior commander overseer for Pyke at one point. I think I was a somewhat active high command member that "loved," to participate in Pyke shenanigans. I think I am at least better than your average player for sure. I think some people know me among the server but I didn't really get that high compared to "Higherest AF ONG Admiral John FR NO CAP." I am not good enough to be the Governor as a former lowly High Admiral, but I personally believe that I am at least worthy of an officer role in Pyke. I understand that this may not be accepted as this application doesn't have much and I still have much to learn on the server! I was once in a position of power in the battalion, but I don't have that much experience compared to Glorbnob and Turquos! I will make Pyke great again! This past week, I realized that there are even more ops on the server! I could not believe this! But I have so many friends yet so close to me! As Marquis de Wick, I will fold the ops, under the high table! Fueled by hatred of my ops, ambition for fun, and brotherhood of Pyke, I AM UNSTOPPABLE! Oh yeah, if you think I mean ops as a joke, I actually meant it fr. There are some mfs that I hate with a passion on the server while I have less power than I had originally. But I haven't met a Pyke that fit that category yet! I felt the Age of Strife occur and I'm here to fight against the spawns of the warp! COME FEEL THE BITE OF MY SWORD HELLSPAWN! The Few, The Proud! Do you understand that if you fail to meet the expectations of a Pyke Officer you may be removed from your position?: Yes, duh like every other battalion. Only ops get removed from the best battalion on the server. The High Table gives a name, you either give a life, or take a life Under the Table, Serving the Table, Everything is under the Table I will serve, I will be of service
  4. Ngl, I came back on the server on this map and this coincided with my mental state being bruh with wanting try to do more with high command. When I got back from the rest of the weekend, I got back and started memeing around as a trooper, I remembered the fun I had and realized that I felt much discontent with my current attitude and my gameplay in the community. I joined exactly one year ago, the same time last year. I was going through a lot of bad things and GL helped me with stuff. In fact, I was on GL on my birthday. I was going through a lot and I was depressed and felt bruh with irl. I had a giant betrayal happen to me irl, and lost a bunch of people close to me, opportunities, and friends. I felt super alone as a slightly older young person with experience. A lot of the people I thought betrayed me or was going to soon. Spoilers ahead duh. I had knowledge and skills but didn't really know how to transition to being a normal dude and this community helped me. I felt like I had not really transferable skills along with not being able to take the routes I wanted to take originally. I was seeing small bruhs and teaching room clearing, but I had trouble figuring out how to explain things I just learnt by doing reps of it over and over. SOPs are more of a cultural or custom per a unit's methodology and I never had to work with stuff like that until later on. I saw bruh with GM and events and thought that with following the Troop Leading Procedures and OPORD format, they could do better. When it came to leadership, I was teaching and explaining things like I was mentoring a junior NCO. Fun fact, irl Officers are imo more closer to Commanders are in the server while Vice Commanders operate more like PSG. I was was honestly planning on leaving when I released Fleet Intelligence. That was one of the last things I planned on sending out due to my experience and honestly wanted to write even more on the topic. The other thing I meant to do was to have the OPORD format and teach battle drills, patrol tactics, troop leading procedures. I wanted to explain stuff found in ranger handbook, but apply it in a fun way in-game. At that point, I was already half a foot out of the door mentally. The last few months, my old friends asked if I was back and I was training again. I was reading books and trying to get back into shape and mentally better, but I wasn't the same mentally broken guy in GL. I was reconnecting with friends I thought betrayed me, but realized that it wasn't widespread. I was getting a foothold back into life and the goals I wanted to do! I actually had hope! I had other things in life! I started streaming again and was working on other stuff I wanted to do irl! I went to a beer race even this weekend running and downing IPAs at the same time lmao. I went to also do some fast gokart racing all on my birthday that was recent! I referred to these past few months as my own John Wick arc lmao. I'm physically fit as I was at 18, I was teaching firearms handling, and helping people train in real life. I learnt from GL how to apply my knowledge to civilian life and how to apply the knowledge to daily tasks. I also have a newfound respect for your average person and the changes they make over the years. When I was 18, I thought the only path was to go through insane trials and etc to be "Better," but I realize adults from different backgrounds eventually meetup at a higher point eventually. There are people that "Do as you do", and there are people that "Think as you do". However, just because they do just like you, they don't have to think alike you and vice-versa. That's my biggest tip learnt. Just because they aren't great now, doesn't mean they won't in the future. Life is very long and there's a lot of things to do along the way. Min maxing at a younger age doesn't make you the goat at a later age. There's a lot of timing, luck, and opportunities along it. Over the past bit, I learnt a lot about office work instead of grunt work and recently was a delivery driver that learnt about customer service and related. I was recently thinking of trying to get another job thing and actually trying to be a paramedic and a strength and conditioning coach that teaches firearms stuff on the side. Honestly, Jabronie does follow the Troop Leading Procedures without knowing the name of it. I will be gone from high command as of now. I felt super disconnected from everyone for the past bit and was finally back into real life. I know I am not really disliked or the fact that people want to interact with me, but I personally don't feel any connections currently. I don't dislike anyone and only feel disappointed in myself for not leaving earlier. I should've left earlier, but tbh I didn't want to leave Jabronie alone. I know that I could've reached out, but for some odd reason I didn't feel like it. I just felt like a grandpa on the server without the bois to be around anymore. I will most likely be a really bruh st, enlisted, or a pyke constantly just memeing and folding ops. I won't disappear entirely. I want to go back to my roots of having fun on the server and shooting ops ong! As the Orks say "I want to get stuck in with the bois!" - Jabronie: I literally wouldn't be here if it wasn't for him and I was primarily only still here due to him. Follows TLP very well, especially Step 7 specifically (Supervise and Refine). He taught me a lot and showed me around a lot. Talren: Eww, some op from long ago that was like an officer that became higher rank than me in everything and still here. That's insane lol. Cool feller, but I was never as into RP as he was lol. Resin: Honestly, I feel most sad about him about me be gone, due to him wanting to meme and fold ops like I mentioned about and whatnot. Turquos: I thought of him like the other similar player to me in terms of memes and whatnot. I watched over his development in the server, and thought he was a good pyke and player. Zap: NO! How will the ops be folded without me folding them with AKs?!?! Such a lit feller and memes good af. Frog/Tuna: I'm glad you two goobers got what you guys aimed for eventually. Salt: Really cool member that is also really alive in community. I hope you get to do cool stuff irl soon as well! Mars: 他是也很好的朋友。我只认识他一点儿 但是他很好玩. Didn't hang out with him much but was funny. Jerry: Stop being addicted to irl spice Osiris: Stop being addicted to Roux ong, but Hood Gun Testing when?!?!? Harry: I know I was kinda an op in the past, but I'm suprised you are in the position you are in based on how long you've been on here. I wouldn't have the same motivation as you for sure. Chrono: I hope you breathe and get what you were wanting! Frost: Dangit I wasn't about that grind of being a LL30 using person while modeled to leave smh. At least that was a cool time being senior commander. Blackout: An opp on SCP ong, def not a funny af vice commander lmao. He made me not want to get a higher rank lmao. Tazza: When will you breathe GL and Imperial again smh. Tazza was a GOATed storm commando. Deer: So, Storm Reserves when?!? (He's an opp against Subbranch Reserves fyi) Glorbnob: Orangnob! Never stop living the Gangster's Paradise! Coolnic: You are a pog naval, keep being a PogChamp Rozu: Stop playing Roblox Soccer Carol: Most Improved GL Member 2024 ong! Bananamanius: Nuh-uh Ible: You an op ong fr no cap! Ayra: Cool I guess smh lol XAG: Stop playing COD Cans: Cans Supremacy! Green: You're Green! Fred: You're really skibiddi Shadow: You're Fanum Tax S0nic: Don't want to be your sigma smh Al Piner: Hi Hound: Pretty cool I guess Scoria: I want you to be active af and I will as well fr!
  5. Denied This isn't because he's not qualified for the role. He most definitely has the capability and skillset. This is for another reason.
  6. Denied (You can apply again now btw) (This was meant to be denied on October 14)
  7. In-game name: John SteamID: STEAM_0:0:231460096 Current RP rank on StarWarsRP: Senior Commander How long have you been Gamemaster: 3 months. Have you received any strikes (please give reasons if applicable): N/A How much time do you have on the server?: 1,351 Hours How well do you know the LORE? I knew a good amount before being a Gamemaster and increased after a bit being a Senior Gamemaster. Now I know even more of lore, but don't consider myself a lore nerd. I correct people on inconsistencies and like adding my two cents now. Why do you WANT to become a Assistant Head Gamemaster?: My goal is to help the GM team flourish to it's highest capability. The current numbers of gamemaster aren't the best as it could be along with retention of said GMs. I was never a guy who rushed making a bunch of events. I always had events on the back-burner to make and lesser planned events. I understand how to do creative content and schedule when I should create fun things. I understand all the issues that a lot of these new GMs have because I was in a similar position. I didn't host events till about a week in as a GM. That was because I didn't feel confident or felt that I had the help enough to do events. When I became GMV, I was able to train Talren, who to this day, is the GM I trust the most to help me. He got the help that I wished I had and I want to give that to all the GMs. This is exactly what happened to me in real life. I had a lot of others who were deemed "better leaders," because they shined brightly earlier than I did, but I had a mentor figure that told me I had way more in storage than they did. It was a matter of when. Month by month, they slowly whittled down in numbers as I rose in expertise and abilities. He was not wrong. "A black belt is just a white belt who never quit" - Renzo Gracie I always found ways to make GM work for me. There has been many lower ranking GMs that got in, but never stay. They tend to burn out from "All the creative ideas," that they had really quickly. A majority of these GMs being younger/teenagers that don't know how to manage things well. Being a GM isn't hard, but giving tools and helping GMs to find efficient ways is. Once they realize that being a GM is just like those YouTube videos with huge NPC wars and seeing what happens, that's when the fun actually starts :). I like to break things down methodically and piece it into steps and logically form flow charts for how to do things. This is all in my head of course, and would love to impart and write some of my mental process to help new GMs! My goals are as follows Lower the perceived difficulty, increase the skillset of GMs, and help train efficient GMs Encourage RP and help GMs figure out ways to increase activity on the server Establish methods that worked for me to help new GMs and always refine them, add, and change documents to help GMs Why should you be trusted to be a Assistant Head Gamemaster?: My intentions are the same as before. Nothing has changed. I am a responsible person, given that I know what I am supposed to do. This comes part in learning what needs to be and checking what can be done at my rank/role. I don't think abusing or going beyond what I can do is the greatest of things to do. Regardless of the position or not, I am still just a GM, but with a funnier role and responsibility. I am held to the same standard as normal GMs and not above it. I will never be beyond it as a member of this community. I should not stand out as an anomaly in the GM team but rather the symbol for what it stands for. I will be the image that people will compare and look for. "With humility and reverence I bear the symbol of the empire, to fight for it, I shall not fear!" The greatest comment that I've received is that regardless of rank or achievements, I still act the same as I did before. The only difference is that now I can change more things and do way more stuff. Which is exactly how I feel. As a grown man, I have other things that I could flex on, but it doesn't matter in this scenario. What does matter is having fun and creating fun in a productive way that doesn't ruin others' fun :). Have you mastered ULX?: I've been a master at ULX even before reaching senior gamemaster. There are more things I could do now as SGM and also used to different ULX commands from being more experienced in staff. Are you experienced with planning Mega Events?: Yes, I have done a handful of megas, mainly helping megas recently, and have made a Storyline event even. Give an example of a mega event: This is an example of the recent Storyline event which is the latest "Mega" event I've done. The event is based from the game "Star Wars: Jedi Survivor" in which there's a "Boss," his moniker is "Rick the Door Technician." He's a one hit boss that is a scout trooper that has became a well known meme amongst fans. He is a lore character and now a part of GL lore. "Ominous Presence" Part 0 Rick is on the ISD but little does he know that Cal Kestis "Calcium Celsius" is after him. Rick has an assistant named Nick that follows him around. Rick starts out repairing the ISD doors initially adverting that he is fixing broken door with ruined keypads. It is a passive portion for a bit (3 Doors for him to repair). People know where to go because he has a boss bar on top of his head. They interact with Rick and it's all chill and fun to see Rick amongst members on the ISD. Part 1 While all the sudden, there is a rebel attack on the ISD. There would be a reveal of Cal Kestis being on the ISD alongside the rebels. He goes on the radio to reveal himself and says “It’s Kestin time.” Rick is scared and radios for help. Kestis goes on a rampage on the ISD trying to find Rick. Rick has a Boss Bar on constantly and will be hunted down. Rick and Nick will fight him occasionally with their electro batons against him and are re-hped constantly due to being lore characters. Part 2 Rick will fly to Pandora after being chased by Cal there or be taken by Cal. This will initiate the combat on the Pandora held by rebel elites and NPCs while imperials will have to take it back. On the Pandora, Rick and Nick are held hostage by Cal as they negotiate for their release while combat is happening behind them. Rick and Nick will eventually be rescued while Cal makes a final escape to the off-ship dupe of Mygeeto. Part 3 In Mygeeto, Cal will make a final stand with rebels as the Imperials clear out the forces from Mygeeto. Cal and Nick eventually 1v1 each other while the rest of the imperials are fending off the enemy threats. Cal upon receiving defeat, will fly off with his lambda to escape because he can’t die. Timeline: ISD -> Part 1 Combat On-ship, Briefing -> Pandora -> Part 2 Pandora Combat -> Offship Mygeeto -> Part 3 Combat on Mygeeto -> Cal escapes Actors: Cal Kestis (18,000k HP [Re-HP as necessary]), 3-4 Rebel Elites and 1-2 Jedi if possible | HP/Armor from their jobs, Rick and Nick as a modeled scout (15,000 HP and 100 Armor) with a electro baton fx, E-10, and a DLT-19x NPCs: Masked Rebel, 4 per spawner, turn off 100, delay 1.27, decrease delay 2, 3x HP, if server is foldy; aim for at most 4 spawners (written when the AI was changed and caused lag) How active can you be: I would be as active as I am now, but I do have more things to do irl. I have balanced GL with school and work prior, so not a worry for me. In case you can't determine how often that is, it's almost everyday. I like to mad chill and have fun on the server often. It's never a question of how often I'll be on the server but rather how long.
  8. @Tazza, your mention would've been he's seen you in a bunch of the warns and that you are a goober. Also he finna fold ya goofy ahh now he finna pullup as E11 big honcho ong. We CI have to do drivebys on they crib with the blicky onengine fr. I meant to send this way earlier, but Blackout was the goated ST VCMDR. He didn't really have all the opportunity to change as much as he wanted, but he did what he could while I did what I could to help. I remember how he rose up the ranks being the only officer while I was the only NCO at ST at that time. I remember that ST was in such a dire state that it was even potentially could've been a training battalion. When I applied to be a vice commander originally, I was really inspired by Blackout and the way he conducted himself. I was going through a hard time among my friend group and dedicated more time into ST at the time. I wanted to help him out as a friend and also the battalion and became a GM as well. I knew that he wasn't the most on top of things when it came to command loggings, so I wanted to help him out. I wouldn't have been able to become a senior commander if it wasn't for him and Frosty and it is very sadge for Frost to lose a good friend in the Gmod RP server. I hope to bring that same mentality, guidance, and effort for the troopers in the future. ST RP on top! He may not be remembered by the troopers after him and him not having reserves, but he is still goated in my heart ong. Blackout was a VCMDR in a time, where maintaining was the hardest thing to do. He did what he could without no lifing a Gmod RP server. He should like become more active and do his quota ong if he were to come back ong
  9. + Support His sense of humor is interesting to say the least and he's definitely not the sus imposter. Besides that, he does great for SOs and also for Naval as a whole. It's been a hot minute since there was another vice admiral besides Sam, and this would really help naval. DTs should like guard him more often fr ong. Stay balling, gamer.
  10. + Mega Support Pykes and other criminals now just stare in disbelief as beings magically appear while in passive RP. We just happen to be in the fight against beings while we're setting up for a raid or spice refining. If someone really hates us, they could just let a mission that happens to be in Tat town or caves to kill us. Even if we assist, we get easily confused as attacking imperials or we get nothing in return besides GC and exp IF we get the kill. We do not get any reward for being along with the mission. It would be cool to objectives for criminal jobs to do besides us hoping that we could go on the ISD (not as a raid) and participate in a mission. I personally would like an option for us to either join or destroy the imperials for the mission. If we assist, we get paid less than an imperial during a mission, but defeating the Imperials would be akin to winning a raid in terms of rewards. I'd suggest that we'd only have one life compared to imperials akin to a raid as well but because of that, we receive great rewards. This is due to the fact that we spawn on Tat, relatively close to the missions.
  11. Bananaman is a the most pogchamp of champions ong. I remember when he joined the server and how happy he was to be promoted to SPC because he was just doing his job . He's done great since then and has a great mindset, activity, and sense of humor (unfortunately not as common). I still think Bananamanius is a better IQ ong however. I miss BM6 though.
  12. In-game name: Whiskey | John SteamID: STEAM_0:0:231460096 Current RP rank on StarWarsRP: Senior Commander How long have you been Gamemaster: 2 Months Have you received any strikes (please give reasons if applicable): N/A How much time do you have on the server?: 1,090 Hours How well do you know the LORE? I knew a good amount before being a GM, but I have increased my knowledge since then. I've been recently watching more related medias along with getting help from fellow members I've met throughout my time on the server. I was a casual fan until I joined and kept working on things in the server. Why do you WANT to become a Senior Gamemaster?: There's 3 reasons why I want to be a SGM. 1. The ability to help the GM team/influence overall 2. More capabilities/responsibilities to enhance events 3. Personally challenging myself to get better I want to help the GM team as much as I can. Baja is the only higher up in GM currently and I know he has a lot on his shoulders. A different perspective always helps with making new stuff and keeping things in check. I want to give my 2 cents and be able to do more for the GM team which is critical for Imperial RP. Events are what makes the server run and we are vital. I've seen many GMs leave while I still am here. I do not feel like I am some anomaly of a talented GM or anything. I just stick around and work hard while breaking things down logically and methodically. My goal is to be able to retain more GMs and create fun experiences for the GMs and the players. I want to figure out ways to make things simpler, easygoing, and fun. I have a few plans that I would want to implement later, but still need to be refined currently. SGMs get more power to add to their events and the related. GMV+ are the same until they get to SGM. I want to always improve my events and the RP from them. It honestly sucks when actors or people ask me for something and I say that the only person capable of doing that is Baja at this current moment. I want to be able to do creative things and be able to think of more scenarios and grander events. The more capability or knowledge I have of things, the more I can add on to the RP experience. This a Win-Win situation for all involved. Being a GM itself was me challenging myself and I'm always looking for the next thing above. I want to improve as a GM, a person, and the people I will have influence on. I do not shy away from challenges, but I make sure to prepare myself accordingly. That is why I never rush into anything. I always methodically approach things even if there is not method to it. I will make my own method that works for me. I will create some semblance of order even among chaos. If it was easy, then it wasn't worth fighting for. Why should you be trusted to be a Senior Game Master?: I didn't rush being to get up here. I know how to pace myself to not burn myself out. When it comes to tasks, I will try my best to do time management and plan days for things. I've been doing a great job of doing it recently. It took a bit of time to adapt to being a GMVI, senior commander, and being a DT commander, but I've gotten in the groove of it and ready to go further. I can adapt very well to adapting circumstances and stay on the ball for responsibilities. I cannot say I will be able to do tasks as soon as possible, but I will be able to coordinate when it will happen and it will happen. Have you mastered ULX?: Yes. I know it very well. I am the guy that lower GMs go to for advice and I spend time teaching GMs it. Are you experienced with planning Mega Events?: Yes. I have done two already and have the gist of it. I just don't have a bunch of ideas that don't seem repetitive. Give an example of a mega event: A prison riot occurs on the Pandora and imperials from the ISD have to respond and take care of it. Before we head out, due to inspiration of the prisoners on the Pandora, the prisoners on the ISD begin to break out during the briefing. They attack imperial members and initiate a very hard struggle on the ISD. There will be boss prisoners, beefed up prisoner actors, and plentiful NPCs. This is a very hard siege on the ISD that can or cannot lead to a Defcon 1. Scenario 1: Defcon 1 If it becomes a Defcon 1, the imperials will conduct the original objective of freeing the Pandora which will be a hot landing. Eventually after clearing the Pandora, they will retake the ISD and rid of the rest of the prisoners that are armed tougher and stronger now with more organization. Then they beat this group, rebels will now make their attack on the ISD. They come from Tatooine through moon pool to attack the imperials. This attack will lead to them failing which then they will retreat further into Tatooine, specifically in their fortifications in the Tat Caves. Scenario 2: Not a Defcon 1 After clearing the ISD of prisoners, they will do a debrief to go to Pandora to cleanse it of the prisoner outbreak. The prisoners upon hearing the news of the prisoner riots on the ISD are tougher and more numerous. It will not be an easy fight to retake the Pandora. Once the Pandora is cleared, rebels will deploy to catch the imperials off-guard. They come from Tatooine and after a failed offensive, retreat to Tatooine. They will progressively peel off their forces until they reach to their base that is in Tat Caves. Regardless of the scenarios, they will liberate the caves from the rebels. As the imperials get out of caves to head to GCC, they are met with a rude suprise! This is an onslaught of an Acklay along with multiple Antlion Guards! Some of them are really strong, rivaling the Acklay even! These creatures heard the explosions in caves and have decided to go to where the sounds were coming from. This will be the last thing for the imperials to fight against. All in a days work. -Event Ends- How active can you be: Almost everyday or close to that.
  13. What is your in-game name?: John What is your steam name?: [GL] SaitamaStrength What is your steam ID?: STEAM_0:0:231460096 Do you have any other experience with staffing?: I do not have any sort of staff experience in GMod. I had similar roles in other communities in other games though What date did you start playing on the community? 5 months ago. What date did you make your forums account? 3/24/23 Current rank on server (This is a ULX rank ONLY! Not a RP Rank)? Gamemaster | Lord How many warns do you have on the server? 0 Have you donated? Yes What rank are you applying for? Trial Moderator Have you read the staff guidelines at You will be tested on it: Yes Timezone: EST Permission (Admin+ need this): N/A Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (Can be any length): I really want to help out when I can for situations that occur in game. I usually stay up late at late and minges get on and I would like to deal with them accordingly. I am currently a GM and the most I can do are staff arrests and the related. I always saw the staff team as the flip side of the coin while I'm GM "Staff". I have never tried staffing in GMod before, but I want to learn and help out when I can. I see the sits that occur, but I can't do anything that isn't for GM at this current time. I want to embrace both sides to help the community in the best way I can. I am grateful for the opportunity if I could be a moderator. I want to give the best treatment and experience for people so that they can continue having an enjoyable RP experience in-game. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?: After gagging them, I would calmly tell them what wrong thing they did and bring up logs. If they type to continue cursing at me, I would mute them and continue telling what they did along with the evidence and reporter(s). I then would ungag/unmute to listen to their perspective (or immediately do it again depending on how they react). Regardless of what happens, I must issue a formal warning + 5 day ban for a MRDM. Since I cannot ban, I must request for a ban in the staff discord as well so an admin can properly deal with it.
  14. Congratulations, you have been accepted for TI-23!!! Please contact DT Command for training! [Forgot to reply with this earlier]
  15. + Support He already fulfills the position, but doesn't have the rank to match it. He innovates a lot for his events and whatnot. He hosts many events and not all of them can be hits or creative craziness. However, despite this he still pushes on. He is truly built different. He truly has mastered being a GM and is capable, responsible, and willing to help the GM in that capacity.
