I have desired to set an example for prospective Enlisted, NCOs, and Officers who I hope to keep inspiring. Because the Medical Corps is my family, I will continue treating every member with the same respect and decency that they showed me. I want the battalion to be more than just those that make surgeries, experiments, healing, and giving out armor. What is the Main Purpose of a vice commander for a branch? In order to effectively manage the battalion as a unified entity, it is essential to provide guidance to the Officers responsible for leading the battalion, while ensuring that they follow the instructions given by the command. This involves acting as the intermediary between the High Command, the Commander, and the battalion, thereby maintaining the integrity of the Chain of Command. Furthermore, it is crucial to issue clear and sufficient orders that can be readily comprehended by the troopers under their command. 6. Why should we trust you to be a vice commander? : In my role, it is important to demonstrate respect for all my battalion members, ensuring their needs are met and support is readily available when requested. I actively engage with my battalion by sharing concepts and involving them in collaborative efforts. Also, I am committed to ensuring that every individual's voice is heard during our meetings, unbiased of whether they put forward positive or negative suggestions or questions. It is my desire that all individuals, regardless of their rank, Enlisted, NCOs, or Officers, are treated with equal respect. Additionally, I emphasize the importance of lower-ranking individuals showing respect to those in positions of authority. 7. How often can you be Online? : At least 4 hours per day. 8. Senior Moderator How often are you on TeamSpeak? Weekdays I am on the server after 5 pm EST and will be on for ~5 hours. Weekends will be on earlier as early as 2pm EST and will on and off depending on what is going on In Real Life. How often do you use Discord? On it all day starting from 8 am EST or later. Why would you like to be a member of the Support Team? (150 word minimum)? I want to make known to the management and staff that I am interested in helping GamingLight in any way I can. I have been using the server and forums for almost four months, and I keep learning new things as I go. My objective is to always find a fair solution to any issue, thus I will continue to remain impartial toward both players and the community. As a support member, I will be able to continue my objective of problem-solving by responding to community tickets in the forums and assisting people in the most efficient and timely manner. Ultimately, I want to assist them and ensure that they are happy with the Support Team's overall performance. I will ask other members of the Support Team for assistance if I am unable to determine which response is most appropriate for the ticket in order to ensure that I do not provide an incorrect response. What is the Main Purpose of a vice commander for a branch? To organize the battalion as a whole, guiding the Officers to lead the battalion while command gives instruction. Being the filter between High Command, Commander, and the battalion, keeping the Chain of Command integrity. Giving clear and concise orders that their troopers can understand. To make the battalion a welcoming, friendly environment for all that join. 6. Why should we trust you to be a vic commander? : I give all my troopers respect, making sure to always help them when needed. I give them ideas on what they can do or get them to help me so they are included. I am always making sure all of them are heard in our meetings, whether good or bad suggestions and questions. I want all Enlisted, NCOs, and Officers to treat everyone with respect equally. Making sure those lower respect those above with authority. 7. [150+ words] I enjoy seeing engaged Royal Guard personnel who take ownership that belongs to their work as well as display initiative. I have the desire to set an example for prospective Cadets and NCOs who aspire to exist as or surpass me. Because the Royal Guard is now my family, I am going to treat every member with the same respect and decency that they will show me. I will listen to orders as well as be able to convey them to Enlisted and NCOS. I want to encourage up-and-coming NCOs and Senior NCOs to always strive to be better. For them to strive to make Royal Guard grow even through the difficulty of finding those who want to join. It is a difficult challenge that we all have to overcome but it is also a difficult battalion to be in. We are different yet we all go through it together and show others that Royal Guard gets through it in the end. How could you assist Royal Guard command with this rank? [100+ words] I want to challenge myself, seeing how far I can go to fulfill my responsibilities on the server. I want to ensure all new Cadets are given a chance to join the Royal Guard and encourage others to join both the server and battalion. I want to grow it and become as significant, if not larger, than the rest of the battalions. I will make sure to always make sure that in meetings, everyone has their voice on opinions or suggestions. And to make sure those wishing to exchange my place in the future have a model to mirror or be better than. How many strikes do you have? Zero. Do you have any prior experience in being an Officer? (If yes, explain) Yes, I am a 2LT in Royal Guards and I have been an Officer in another server for at least 3 months. What Qualifications could you bring to the Royal Guard Officer Team? Leading Royal Guard, giving Cadets and NCOs tasks when they can not find something to do, and listening to them if they feel as if their voice will not be heard or become misunderstood. Do you understand that the officer corps is a serious commitment with a lot of responsibilities (Including but not limited to: handing out Promotions and Punishments, and required attendance to the weekly meeting)? Yes. Do you understand that if you are Accepted, you will be on a 2 Week Trial Period? (Failing the Trial Period will result in a demotion). Yes.

(100+ words): My passion is to heal and save other troopers in combat or passive roleplay which I enjoy. I also adore seeing engaged Medical Corps personnel who take ownership that belongs to their work as well as display initiative. I have the desire to set an example for prospective Enlisted and NCOs who aspire to exist as or surpass me. Because the Medical Corps is now my family, I am going to treat every member with the same respect and decency that they will show me. I will listen to orders as well as be able to convey them to Enlisted and NCOS. 7: Why should we trust you as a Medical Officer? (100+ words): In another servers battalion, I was promoted to First Lieutenant. I was able to test Enlisted on becoming NCOs, making sure they were capable and ready. Including other Officers, I was responsible for all Enlisted and NCOs to reach their quota to reach their next rank and giving them duties to fulfill to be promoted. I was assigned duties as an Officer to take control of a flight deck, giving orders to Enlisted and NCOs when being attacked. I want all Enlisted, NCOs, and Officers to treat everyone with respect equally. Making sure those lower respect those above with authority. 8: What do you bring to the Medical Corps? (100+ words): I want to challenge myself, seeing how far I can go to fulfill my responsibilities on the server. I want to ensure all new STs are given a chance to join the Medical Corps and ask others to join both the server and battalion. I want to grow it and become as significant, if not larger, than the rest of the battalions. I will make sure to always make sure that in meetings, everyone has their voice on opinions or suggestions. And to make sure those wishing to exchange my place in the future have a model to mirror or be better. 9: Why should we accept your application over other applicants? (100+ words): I have learned a lot about leadership during my time on the server and others. I will continue to help all newly trained Medical Corps troopers when needed during my time in the battalion. I want to help enforce the rules because I do not want to see troopers not having fun I wish to address it rather than having to escalate to them contemplating on leaving. I have no interest in going against the rules and battalion for my own or others' enjoyment. I wish to show my passion for the position given to keeping the battalion happy and not becoming bothered by those wishing to cause trouble. 10: Do you have any warnings? If so what for?: No. N/A.
