    You have had a homophobia warn in the last 30 days and your forums account isn't 1 week old. Both of these requirements are stated in the "Staff Application Format and Promotion Requirements". Also, I would suggest a longer and more thought out reason why you should be accepted into the staff team. Also, I'd give it some time to get adjusted to the server a bit more and make sure you are familiar with the rules.
