On question 7, it's great to help sub battalions but you could also explain ways to help the whole battalion or improve the battalion. on question 8, you could go into detail about your previous experiences, and also explain why you believe you are the perfect material. On question 5 you mentioned that NCO's are ignored by enlisted, you could provide a way to fix that on question 7. anyways, good luck and if you get the position do your best!

It's an officer app, I mean its not bad by any means but again it's an officer app the role of officer gains a lot more responsibility compared to a NCO, your app should reflect on that and show that you are ready for the position.
