[150+ Words] I want to become an Officer because I believe I've found a home within Inferno Squad, I personally love everything that goes on within Inferno Squad and couldn't ever think of a reason to leave it, personally I've noticed the Officer team is lacking an actual team and activity is a big thing in my opinion, I also understand that if I do get accepted within the Officer team it sorta would leave the NCO team lacking as well, but I believe with the more pushed out tryouts and being about to host sims and trainings could motivate our enlisted to want to strive to achieve greater heights within Inferno Squad, more so do I just want to do as much as I can to assist the Inferno Squad to rise its name higher as it should be, being able to become an even greater example for those raising the ranks is all the more reason to want to be active and motivated to help out this battalion. 168 How could you assist Inferno Squad Command with this rank? [100+ Words] By setting an example for the new ones joining the battalion, I can also work up within Sharpshooter to help the current stand in lead with anything needed, I'm not the best at making documents but I'm a quick learner, giving more activity to the Officer team as currently I have no reason to ever step back from activity, showing any ST's that there are Officers within the battalion and setting an example for them as well to make them want to join, as I mentioned I'm a quick learner and can easily assist the command team with anything they ask. How many strikes do you have? None. Do you have any prior experience in being an officer/leading? If so explain. I've been 2LT of Shock two separate on two different servers. What Qualifications could you bring too the Inferno Squad Officer Team? With my prior experience, being an Officer before gives me the knowledge of knowing how to be an officer in mind and in character. For context we were in medbay all messing around, one person was doing an impression of an Indian person, so I simply walked up and said "ching chong". It wasn't directed towards anyone, in was just said in the moment.

Dispute: I'm not here to try and go against what I have done, do I believe the comment I made would be racist, yes, it just happened to be the wrong place at the wrong time, personally I'm not entirely sure on what I would put in here, I have no hate for the one staff member I spoke too, the admin that banned me, and the person who reported me, I was fully aware of what was heading my way after the fact of saying what I said, even left the server with a salute to those within my sit, the reason I'm making a ban appeal is because I've been told by several people that I should appeal it even if its a slim chance to be accepted, I'm aware there are those who are I guess fighting for against the ban but I believe if this is the decision the higher ups believe is the best course of action, then I'll take my punishment full heartedly with no complaints.

I'd like to become NCO because I believe I have the capabilities to be within the position, working close with my superiors and helping my fellow agents is something I wish to do and I feel can be better done with the NCO position, Inferno Squad has become a place I can come to and enjoy without feeling unwelcomed so I want to do whatever I can to help them out better the regiment itself and those around me. Though I do believe I do not need the position to do my best in helping my peers, but with my experience of past NCO positions, I would make a good agent for this position. How could you assist Inferno Squad with this rank? I find no issue in running multiple tryouts, provide advice from my past experience as an NCO to help out if need in the already well placed structure, I can provide an active and what I'd like to believe knowledgeable agent to the regiment, having another person to bounce ideas off of is always better then not having any at all. How many strikes do you have? 0 Do you have any experience being an NCO/leading? If so explain. I use to be 2LT in Shock on another server, and I've been in several NCO positions from 104th/41st/501st/Havoc/etc., but as I always believe its not about whether you've had the experience or not, its whether not you can prove you know how to take on the position, becoming an NCO shouldn't be taken lightly and those thinking they can skate by and not do much shouldn't waste time if they aren't here to actually help. What Qualifications could you bring to the Inferno Squad NCO Team? what I can bring is the will to want to better the regiment, from the experience of knowing how to host tryouts, knowing how to properly encourage and better my peers, and overall just being able to be a fast learner and hard worker, all it takes is little motivation and I believe anyone could be passionate enough to help out there battalion.
