=NEUTRAL= You've got tons of past experience as HCMD and its a great application the only problem is that the way you handled G.O.C. in the first few days of it being added was just not great, just the ways you replied to G.O.C. when they were just trying to be nice to the foundation was uncalled for and was ruining relations which intern caused G.O.C. to be hostile to the foundation for a little while, I'm not saying you alone caused it there were a lot of outliers in the mist but you need to show more enthusiasm and act how a commander should act even when you aren't one.

+support I've been playing with panda recently and he's seemed to have changed quite a lot since he was last banned, if he were to be unbanned he'd need to be watched like a hawk just like all other unbanned people, but I do believe panda has changed as a person enough to rejoin the gaminglight SCP-RP community

+support many people have done way worse things and gotten far less punishment granted its normal procedure to ban someone for this but it should really only be a few month ban at most not a permentant (obv if this is the like fifth time they've done it yeah perm ban is wanted)
