because i am on as much as possible and when i am on i am a friendly person and i am calm and collected when talking to other people via mic or text chat, because of my timezone i wont be able to make many meetings, but when i do get on the meetings i'm always friendly to the other staff members/users! i hopefully looking forward to seeing everyone on the staff team! and i am really looking forward to helping the Gaming light Community in its finest! & i cant wait to help people who need a staff member during the off hours because i'm in Australia and the off hours for you is basically just mid day here! and its wonderful because i get to see every single thing that happens! And i am usually active for 4-5 hours a day except on Monday,Tuesday & Thursdays i got 3 & 2 classes respectively on those days expect me to be online for 1-2 hours.

I Would give them a formal warning & a 5 day ban
Q2: There is a player abusing a known bug, and he has been reported to staff. He swears he followed the server rules when you talk with him. What's the best way to handle this?
We tell him that he isn't actually following the servers guidelines and give him a verbal warning.
