What you want to see? - Add a small Beep to Radio that's clientside meaning only the person about to speak will hear it and also be a short and simple beep as not to cause problems. Why should we add it? - This will limit accidental radio usage as gov will know they are speaking on radio. What are the advantages of having this? - Helps limit accidental radio usage such as hotmicing to a minimum. I and many others had problems with this before with the radio being used when it was meant to be exclusive to in-game or in TS. The beep would alert you to using the radio, making it not only realistic to an actual radio but also giving a heads up to the player that they are talking to the radio while since it's clientside it couldn't be used to annoy others. Well I am going to start off this with my activity on the server. I am quite active on the server currently even if I’m not always on EMS, likely one of the most active members on the server typically spending about a few hours a week minimum on EMS/RRU. I always see who is on EMS and isn’t on in most cases due to the sheer amount of time I spend on Gaminglight PoliceRP. My style of handling reports places importance on taking responsibility and whether or not there was maliciousness in the breaking of the SOP/MOTD while on EMS. Meaning I am good at deciding whether or not we need the action we take to be punitive to rehabilitative in nature, my priority is fixing the behavior in question, a low command member must be flexible in this sense and be ready to evaluate how to best handle a situation. Rigid and inflexible solutions will only lead to more problems which is also why not only do I use a variety of solutions to handle reports on players, I also try to make them appealable when applicable in the hopes that it motivates them to fix their behavior in the server. I always believe that people can improve and operate under that assumption to ensure that whatever I am commanding has the best possible department. I am going to conclude this with that I care a lot about EMS which is why I want to join, to help improve the department and do my part to help make EMS an excellent department/place to be. From 9/17 to 10/21 wasn’t on the server due to a cooling fan error. Subtracting a month I’d have 3 months of experience in RRU. What timezone are you in? Well I think for starters, I have arguably across the past 3 months been one of the most active members of RRU; with it being very rare that other RRU members showed up on the server with the main exception being Stackable, the previous RRU Director. While I’d say I don’t main RRU; I’d estimate I have around 80 hours at least in RRU over the past few months. My activity can definitely improve but I’d still say I’m one of the most active members of RRU. Secondly, I believe I am very mature and able to see all sides of a situation better than most people. I'm good at preventing my emotions from turning into inappropriate actions which is something a lot of people struggle to do. There are 2 sides to every story, which is important to realize when dealing with reports on RRU members. This also allows me to focus any punishments on correcting behavior/SOP breaks rather than being excessively punitive, an important trait of a good leader. Lastly, I am excellent when it comes to training new recruits, my training takes a bare minimum of 45 minutes because of my assume nothing mentality, which has very positive effects on the recruits knowledge of the SOP and protocol when it comes to EMS/RRU stuff since it’s clear they fully understand everything. My belief is that fast trainings are NOT full trainings which across all departments I do FTO stuff in, is the most effective stance to ensure the trainee is fully trained for the department they have joined. I hope RRU high command and everyone viewing this takes the facts above into consideration when reviewing this application. I have been very interested in helping out RRU for quite a while now. I feel I can do the most for RRU as a low command member and hope everyone viewing this application understands and appreciates my enthusiasm for RRU. Do you agree to be Professional and Mature? Happened before a few months ago with State when one of the high command left and the other was about to resign for college. It's rare and only done in emergencies.

-support I love the idea but the addons that can check speed are very laggy. However tho in the future I think SMT should hire a dev to make a non laggy and simple radar gun script to check speed. Great suggestion but unfortunately not possible to implement and we'd also need a custom speedometer added so players can know how fast they are going as well.

+/- Support I think it's fine for Petrol; Electricity speed should be buffed due to how much it takes to fully refuel a Cyber Truck; it shouldn't take over 10 minutes to refuel a Cybertruck. Not sure about Diesel tho so won't comment on that.

Finally got my cooling fan fixed and the roleplay done in EMS is fun. Is there anything EMS Command or the department can improve on? Can't say anything since I haven't been on in a month.

Finally after a painstaking month of no laptop due to cooling fan being broken; it's fixed and I can return and worship Floppa and do many other based things
