Overall Grade: 100/100 Lore: 25/25 Based on what I have seen from the test log and reading the SCP Document. The outcome and experiment seems very reasonable and matches with lore. Creativity: 25/25 Idea was excellent and creative. Also love the effort you put in such as physically building where it'd be housed OOC along with creating a physical audio log. Presentation: 25/25 I'd give a higher grade for this if I could, hands down one of the best presentations of a test I have ever seen. Great work! Your efforts have been noticed! Writing: 25/25 Writing was solid and flowed cleanly throughout the entire document. Excellent work! Notes: Genuinely one of the most high effort test logs I have seen in a while, great work!

Interrogation Of Dr. Conner MacWarren
Cecil Stedmen replied to ravergang's topic in CI Research Projects
Overall Grade: 100/100 Efficiency: 25/25 Not bad for a first test log, your questions + threats were short, simple, and to the point. Keep up the good work! Insight: 25/25 I know the short time you had him was out of your control due to MTF raiding but you did good for the short amount of time you had. Presentation: 25/25 Used the template well, good work! Writing: 25/25 Didn't see any grammar errors, excellent job! Note: Good work on your interrogation log! Only thing I will say is that ALL RnD agents carry cyanide so be sure to create a cyanide + taps comms bind at some point!- 1 reply

In-Game Name: Cecil SteamID (Ex. STEAM_0:1:123456789): STEAM_0:1:65369818 What is your ULX Rank?(Donator/Staff): Platinum What is your time played on the SCPRP server?: 2 Weeks What is your RP Rank (MTF,SEC,CI, Etc)?: CI RND: Initiate Inspector, CI Military: Sergeant First Class What is your timezone?: EST How would you rate your knowledge of the SCP world? (1-10): 8. Justification is as follows: I have a relatively solid understanding of all the major well known SCPs and a decent understanding of most the GOIs within SCP Lore but would likely need to read more into GOIs or tales depending on the event being planned out. Do you have any experience as a Gamemaster or Event Planner? (If so, explain it): I have a lot of StarwarsRP gamemaster experience from a long time ago, but was over 2+ years ago so not sure how relevant it would be due to my quality of events back then being not so great and I can't even remember the server names anyways. How Active are you? (1/10): 8. I play gaminglight daily, typically for the whole day. How many warns do you have? (Across all Gaminglight Servers.Put the date/reason/server, then explain each one.): 2 now since MilRP warns got removed (had 3 from MilRP). Which I'll explain each and also send a link to my warns. 10/13/2019. LTAP. Warned by [GL] Chief. Explanation: Tbh I prolly rdmed someone or something and then dipped, this was so long ago I can't remember. 10/13/2019. RDM x4 | Bringing D Class into Research Bunks | FailRP as Dr Bright. Warned by ToxicTrevor. Explanation: Also happened a longggg time ago but I am 100% betting I incinerated D Class as Dr Bright. Again, check the date and see it's from a long time ago, I was a total minge in the short time I was on back then before leaving for a while until my return in November of 2021. Link to Warns: https://gaminglight.com/bans/player/76561198091005365 Why should we allow you to be an Event Team Member (150+ Words)?: Well, I am going to be honest. I don’t have a lot of recent experience when it comes to Event Team/Gamemaster stuff as most of my past experience was long ago and not really anything I’d call good enough to call experience. However, I do believe that despite my lack of experience in this stuff, I would be an excellent addition to your event team. Why do I think this? Well for starters, I have shown myself to be a creative person on the server. If you look at the test logs I post, you’ll see I have been able to create creative and interesting situations through testing alone. I am also very willing and ready to learn about all the tools needed to master the craft of creating events. I understand I don’t know much about the tools used but I believe if given time and training, I can become an excellent gamemaster who can think up creative and fun events that people across the server will enjoy. I also know 2 years ago I was a complete minge during my time on SCPRP but I firmly believe I have changed significantly during my time on both Gaminglight PoliceRP and Gaminglight SCPRP, I have developed an excellent reputation as someone who has professional and can be trusted with the various powers that an event team member has. I hope you consider everything I stated here and see that I’d make an excellent fit for your event team. Describe an event you could create (The more specific the better): A call comes in to the highest ranking person on site from the logistics department stating that their transports are in dire need of repairs and will be making a pit stop near Site-50 and that they need Site-50 to to hold an SCP at their facility (OOC About an Hour or Two) until the transports are fully repaired and fueled up. The SCP in question is SCP 263 "Cash or Ash" a TV that when turned on will commence a gameshow asking 3 questions about things nearby such as the history of the building it’s being housed in or in the case of being housed within Site-50, it’ll ask questions pertaining to Site-50. Get them all right and the participant will win a random prize of varying values. Get any of them wrong and you’ll be burned to ash! Research will be allowed to freely test on it as long as someone level 4+ supervises in the rare event a question involving anything clearance 4+ is brought up. Once an hour or two passes OOC. Logistics Department will come back and pick up the SCP and ship saying their repairs are complete While it’s not anything huge, I believe it’s a simple and fun research oriented event that should create enough buzz to be interesting while not causing significant problems for the facility while being relatively easy to pull off. Have you read the Event Team Guidelines?: Yes I have. What is your favorite SCP? SCP 001 KingPogans Proposal. It creates a very interesting concept in my eyes. As if either the foundation, or chaos insurgency fall; then a ZK class scenario (end of reality) will wipe out the whole universe. Basically preventing the foundation from truly eliminating the Chaos Insurgency under threat of a ZK class scenario and also forcing the Chaos Insurgency to comes to terms with the fact that the foundation must always exist as well.

Interrogation Of AMM Zeeptin (Aussie)
Cecil Stedmen replied to Warthog's topic in CI Research Projects
Overall Grade: 87/100 [B+] Efficiency: 20/25 My main reason for taking off 5 points is that I think you could have been quicker with the means you ask your questions. Try to merge questions that can reasonably be merged together. When you asked solely for his name, it would have been wise to ask for his name, rank, and branch to try and ascertain their identity in one go. Remember, we have limited time when it comes to interrogations and limited amount of "torture points" so it's best to use them wisely. Insight: 20/25 For the little that was mentioned, you did well getting info that was relatively new to us such as the models of combat bots maintenance were making and what they do exactly. Only reason I am taking off points if because it was cut short by you accidentally revealing Atlas's identity, everyone makes mistakes and you admitted to it in the errors section, which is why I am only taking off 5 points. Best to use vague terms rather than callsigns such as "bio", "agent" or "trauma" if Trauma are assisting you. Presentation: 22/25 You used the template quite well but I'd like to see you try and come up with your own template for future use. Can't hurt to experiment and create a template to call your own! Took off 3 points because you left the activity 1-A question of what the hostage was doing blank. You don't have to put how they reacted in the interrogation log but if your gonna not answer that question, best to just cut it out of the document. Writing: 25/25 Grammar was clean throughout the entire thing and writing made sense. Good Work! -

What are you suggesting? - Explicitly state in MOTD who in each branch has Non-Concealed Cyanide. We do it for concealed cyanide but not non-concealed which can cause problems as both parties involved in a cyanide situation + staff have to go off of SOPs which they might not have access to. How would this change better the server? - Better OOC Communication for who has cyanide for CI, other branches, and staff to avoid any confusion. Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - Any changes to who has cyanide would have to go through staff and be updated in MOTD which might be annoying but that's something that should be run by SMT anyways due to it's importance in the server. Who would this change mostly benefit? - Everyone as CI will know if someone has cyanide OOC wise and foundation personnel will also know if they carry non-concealed cyanide on their respective branch/rank. Overall will make communication easier and decrease failRP. Please link any workshop content, screenshots, or anything that you think may be helpful to those who view this suggestion - N/A

+/- support (leaning -) Would need staff to check what he stated at the time of ban to determine if it was a genuine question or if he just tried to do a racist advert. He has multiple warns and bans for racism + mass racism so not really inclined to believe his side unless staff check and find he did attempt to ask a serious question. Happy to respond as to why I and a lot of RND Delta Command feel this way. While if he does get it, we'll welcome him with open arms and discuss all of the problems that's been occurring, I + most of delta command want to ensure we have someone that's emotionally invested in the wellbeing of the branch as we are. I + most of delta command want to also ensure that whoever gets high command will best understand the problems RnD has faced recently that's led to the situation we are in currently, which is best understood by the current low/senior command in RnD. It's not necessarily a preference but rather what we believe is necessary to revive the branch. I and the rest of Delta Command will keep an open mind but it's best everyone knows what our stance is on this current matter while the application process is running.

+support Yohan is extremely dedicated to RnD like no other. I believe with RnD under his leadership, we will flourish. There's a lot of reasons that are private and therefore won't get into, but I believe he understands RnDs problems the most and therefore can put his mind to fixing the problems we face. I want someone who is as emotionally invested in this branch as I am in high command and he fits that to a fucking T.

In Game name: Cecil Steam ID: STEAM_0:1:65369818 ULX Rank: Platinum What rank are you applying for?: Archivist Why should you deserve this position? (300 words minimum): An Introduction I’m going to be honest, I didn’t initially intend to apply for archivist but after being told by other Delta Command from both Military and RnD that I’d make a great Archivist and should apply for senior command. I decided I need to step up and help make this branch the best I can possibly be. I care a LOT about RnD and want what's best for this branch. I will show with this application that while I am relatively new to Gaminglight SCP-RP compared to other candidates, I am an excellent fit for the rank of archivist. This section of the application will be formatted in the form of an F.A.Q which will break the application up in a way that is easiest to understand. How Do I Lead? I like to lead by example, this is by always showing a professional and calm attitude whenever possible if I am on CI RnD, which allows me to be a good role model for low ranking CI RnD. This calm and collected attitude benefits me a lot in the event I have to deal with command situations such as reports on agents as it allows me to leave emotions at the door and just focus on the facts of the situation rather than let any personal opinions play into it. Which also leads me into my next section about punishments, I operate under the assumption that people can improve until they have shown significant evidence that they refuse to do so; which is why I only strike if absolutely necessary unless it’s a rule which results in an automatic strike such as missing a meeting without putting an excuse. When operating under this assumption, it helps to bring the best out of lower ranking personnel and gives them a fair opportunity to show command they are capable of correct SOP/MOTD breaking behavior. When on the field or in game, I help out lower ranks as much as possible such as teaching them how to interrogate and helping them come up with test ideas for future tests. In general, my goal as a leader is to bring the best out of those under me How Active Am I in CI RnD? My activity is insane compared to a lot of other command members, one look at my battle metrics alone would prove my activity is high compared to a lot of other candidates. https://www.battlemetrics.com/players/929602174 Only reason it’s been dropping a little recently was spending time with family and taking short breaks here and there but other commands can vouch for the fact that even during those times, I was actively involved in the matters involving CI RnD and still showed dedication and care to the branch. What is My Reputation on SCP-RP and Gaminglight as a Whole? When I first joined for a little bit back in 2019 I will be honest, I was a huge minge and got myself 2 warnings before dipping from the server and gaminglight. However, I rejoined gaminglight in early 2021 on the PoliceRP server and quickly developed an excellent reputation, quickly getting command in both FBI/EMS. I worked hard in both departments, striving to make them more professional, fun, and active through various methods such as hosting prize contests and “non-mandatories” as PTs were called which were not often hosted and often spent hours prepping in advance. I then joined SCPRP and realizing how much fun I was having there, decided to focus on SCPRP full time. In my 48 hours for FBI/EMS, the directors for each respective branch stated “Truly sad to see you go Cecil, you went above and beyond in your time as a command member and I can't thank you enough for the time and effort you put into FBI, you'll always be welcomed back anytime.” and “Hey man, you have been in the department for a while now and I cannot thank you enough for helping me and other low and high command with work in EMS. You truly put a lot of effort into EMS and I simply cannot thank you enough”. Now you may be asking, why am I mentioning experience from another gaminglight server? Isn’t this SCPRP? I believe this is relevant to my reputation as these events occurred recently and offer a lot to show how I acted as a command member there, showed how dedicated I was as a command member there before transferring, and showed the respect I earned from that gaminglight server due to my hard work. Before continuing, I will be posting these 48 hours so I can prove I am not lying about what I am saying. https://gaminglight.com/forums/topic/84291-cecils-48-hours-for-both-emsrru/ https://gaminglight.com/forums/topic/83973-cecils-48-hours/ Now, let's fast forward to the present and explain what is likely more important in y’all's eyes. My reputation I earned on SCPRP when I recently rejoined and took it seriously. I rejoined around the 25th-27th of November and joined CI RnD on the 28th of November. I quickly developed a reputation as a professional and mature person and showed command very quickly that I was a natural leader/role model and fit for command. Since my short time in command, I quickly showed my passion for CI RnD, by working my tail off and doing my part to improve the branch as best as I possibly can. Which I did not only by being as active as I could, but by also investigating and looking for problems within the branch and then concocted theoretical solutions to best fix said problems. Which I’ll go into in another section of this application. What is relevant in terms of my reputation however was that other delta command saw me as someone who was dedicated and mature. Which is why some of them encouraged me to gun for Archivist. In conclusion for this section, I have an excellent community wide reputation, including but not limited to SCPRP which for this application, probably matters the most. I know I am relatively new compared to other applicants but I believe in my short time on SCP-RP I have developed an excellent reputation amongst CI and the community. How Dedicated Am I to CI RnD? I am a VERY dedicated person to CI RnD, the only branches I am in currently are CI RnD and CI Military, with a heavy focus on CI RnD. I care about this branch ALOT and want what's best for the branch. I mentioned in the reputation section how I quickly found problems within the branch and worked to develop solutions. One prime example of this was realizing that the questions on the FTO quiz had excessive trick questions that were leading to people failing even though they had technically gotten the question right, resulting in people failing the test despite demonstrating they possessed the knowledge present on the SOP which several other delta command saw and realized we found a factor that might be contributing negatively to RnD’s activity. Another thing I do is that when I grade test logs/interrogation logs, I write how what they did when they get something that warrants points being taken off and then explain how they can improve the test log, while also encouraging them to improve and do better so they don’t feel discouraged about writing test logs in the future! Going to post 2 examples of how I grade test logs below! https://gaminglight.com/forums/topic/85048-scp-1845-march-of-the-animals/ https://gaminglight.com/forums/topic/85017-scp-433-a-holly-ritual/ I am dedicated to the improvement of this branch and hope you see, even just a little, that I am dedicated to improving the health of CI RnD day in and day out. Conclusion I know I had a lot to say for this part of my application, but it is because I want everyone looking over my application just how much I believe I deserve this position despite being relatively new to the server compared to other applicants. I know I only have 2 weeks on the server and have been in CI RnD for a relatively short period of time, but I am extremely dedicated to CI RnD and will stop at NOTHING to ensure that RnD is the best it can possibly be. Give an example of a time where your leadership showed best on this server (100 words minimum): (Names will not be discussed and the event will be kept intentionally vague to keep parties involves anonymous) A raid was being done by CI and we managed to capture 2 people, one of them being a low command and the other being a low ranking enlisted. An RnD member attempted to claim dibs on the command member, the other RnD protested stating they captured the command member and should therefore get to interrogate the individual (they attended the raid as a military donator class). The argument was starting to escalate and realized that if someone didn’t intervene, the argument could get pretty bad and interfere with raid communications, putting the raid in jeopardy. I quickly concocted a solution to stop the argument, I knew one of them was a bio-engineer and since they can assist interrogations as medical. I instructed the one with the bio-engineer certification to act as medical for the interrogation of the command member and help the other RnD member with the interrogation. The enlisted personnel we captured I simply instructed to either be brainwashed or sold back to the foundation since I knew we weren’t gonna get much out of them anyways. This quick thinking stopped the argument and kept battle comms intact without the need to punish anyone or threaten punishment. I know this isn’t an extravagant out of the world 4d chess move example but I believe it shows best that I can keep RnD running smoothly during day to day operations, which is arguably very important for a command member to do. How active would you be: 9.5/10 (Literally a NEET who lives on Gaminglight)

CI RnD SARCH Atlas SPQR applying for RnD High Command
Cecil Stedmen replied to ATLAS2130's topic in Archive
+support He genuinely cares about RnD and has been in RnD for a very long time. He knows exactly what the problems for RnD are and wants what's best for the branch. While his professionalism could use some improvement, I think he is an excellent candidate for the position of Gamma Command within CI RnD. -
+support He has experience in Research as whole. I think he'd do well in CI RND at the rank of Initiate Inspector with a little catching up based on my experience with him as research command.
-
That is fair to state. However, a vast majority of RnD Delta Command share similar opinions to what I have stated above. I knew he was a supervisory agent based on his application as I read every single word of the application. I know that since he was a great RnD member, he'd make a great low/senior command. I and most of RnD Delta Command however would prefer someone who is either retired CI RND High Command or current low/senior command in CI RND as they will best understand it's issues and understand best what needs to be done to resolve said issues.
-
-support While I'd love to see you as senior/low command and you did show you have a good amount of dedication to the server. Your experience is vast majority combative oriented and I'd and most of RnD Command would prefer to see someone that's already RnD command in high command after all that is happened in the branch behind closed doors as they'll have significant more knowledge into the long term problems RnD has faced and therefore be better prepared to tackle these problems and improve the branch. Your a great dude man and I think you should gun for senior/low command if you truly want to help our branch out as your activity and dedication would definitely help us on the path to making RnD the best damn branch it can possibly be!

Updating to a +support

UPDATE: Changed to +Support based on new information below +Support He's active, has experience in CI RND, and has a decent rep apart from the KOS stuff which I could care less about, changed opinion upon hearing he had CI RND experience.

Late but congrats on getting SMT man! You did a lot of great things for FBI and know you'll be an excellent SMT!

Starter departments such as research or branches such as CI would benefit from it tho as they could advertise to new players the means you can join said departments. It'd be more of a general department advertising channel!
