I want to be a ST 2LT so I can promote others up the ranks so they will be able to train and grow the battalion. I will be able to do sims that will be fun, and they could enjoy. If I do get the role 2lt will be able to expand how far I can go to help people in the regiment. 6. What time zone are you in? EST 7. What can you do to improve the battalion? I can do fun sims with them and if there is a new person on the server then getting to do fun activities may encourage them to stick to the server for a while. I would try to get suggestions out from the enlisted to higher command so they would be able to have a say on post and share their ideas. 8. How do you differ from other applicants? I have previous experience in medical command. I was a VCMDR for at least 4 months and left so people who deserved it more than me could get it. Besides the experience I can’t really say I differ from the other applicants because we all have the same goal of becoming an officer in ST and to try to help make it great for others.
