What can you do to improve the branch you will be responsible for?
I believe that I can improve the branch in many ways. Being a medical officer is privilege, and with that privilege I would host tryouts, sims, trainings, and assist any other medical personnel with questions and concerns. I am very active so I will be able to do many things within medical. I would be able to host sims that can get more people engaged with the battalion and give them something to do including hosting trainings. Roleplay is a big part of medical and I would like to improve roleplay activity in either doing more roleplay, helping new members with how to roleplay, and assisting by doing trainings.
Why should you be trusted with this position?:
I can be trusted in this position because of my playtime of 3 weeks and my no strikes or warns. I am also an officer in another battalion. I have also read the naval specialty guidelines and understand my restrictions and what I will be required to do as a Medical Officer and will also make sure to read over the Medical SOP when given to me.
Why do you want this rank?
I want to become an Medical officer because I would love to assist medical. I enjoy being around the people in medical. The med bay is one of my favorite stops around the ISD. A lot of the people there a nice and it is very fun to get a check up. I am a big fan of passive roleplay and that being one of medical's points makes it one of the reasons why I am applying. I want to assist medical and make it better than what it is, and being able to do that while doing something I enjoy is why I want this rank.

What is your purpose within your assigned branch?: My purpose as a Medical Officer would be to assist other medical troopers. As a medical Officer I will be able to oversee the Officers, NCO's, and enlisted of the battalion giving rewards / promotions to those who are deemed fit. I would be able to help others by healing them, giving stims, and ammo during battle. Other forms of assistance would be passive RP which includes surgery, and check ups. I would also be able to ask others for what they would like to do in a sim, host trainings that can help out with what I find lacking in the battalion as well as host tryouts to get the medical numbers up.
