I want to become Vice Commander because I want to improve my leadership and show that I have what it takes. and I think I can make a difference and make the battalion better and help it move forward and gain more members and gain more activity I'm usually on the job every day trying to get it more active and trying to get more sims and operations going. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? Two Months. 5. What is the Main Purpose of a Vice Commander for a branch? A vice commander's main purpose is to make very important decisions and any corrections to the battalion they can to help out the commander and help the rest of the battalion, whether that be helping with rosters, Documents, giving ideas, making sure things are passed down the chain of command, making sure newcomers have a good time in the battalion, and helping others in the battalion when needed they are a leadership figure to the battalion. 6. Why should we trust you to be a Vice Commander? I should be trusted for this position because I have been Scout Sniper Vice Lead for this battalion for about a month and a half, I also think I have what it takes to lead others and the battalion, I have IRL experience leading I was in the military for 4 years and a Drill SGT for 1, I always take responsibility for my actions and I'm also am trusted by my fellow IC to perform well and do my job, I perform well when I'm the highest on and make sure my possible. 7. How often can you be Online? Every Day from 8-12 hours if nothing important pops up. 8. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?) : 0 warnings

What experiences in leadership do you have?: I've been in the military.i was also a leader on a Vrchat imperial server Why do you want to be a non-commissioned officer?(100+ Word minimum) I would like to be a non-commissioned officer because it would help me sharpen my leadership skills and help make me a better leader in my real life. I would also like to help the Death Trooper Battalion grow. I would also like to be more of a leading role in the battalion and also I would also like to do more tryouts to help the battalion grow and be more active and inspire other people to join the Death Troopers. I would also help command when there are no higher ranks on and there are lower ranks in need of guidance. What makes you stand out amongst the others?(110+Word minimum) What makes me stand out more is that I am kind and caring about my fellow Death Trooper members I always ask if anyone needs help with anything. I also have experience in the military and leading in it i was a Second Lieutenant and led my squad for 4 years in the Irish Marines all other info of that is Classified. I Was also leading as a non-commissioned officer in a VRchat Imperial Server. I have also been an Admin in many servers Examples: FiveM GTA Roleplay and also a Minecraft Roleplay Server. I also am a admin in a Discord Server of 40,000 plus people. And that is what makes me stand out more than others.
