I've known checked for awhile, he definitely did not mean to say what he did. I would say a perma ban is unnecessary but maybe a 1-2 week ban so he can reflect.

if the eoi were normal mtf, he would not have just kidnapped him. Once he saw eoi he just instinctfully thought he was suspicious and used little evidence to take him. as if he were a normal mtf he woulda just brushed it off most likely. +/- support
